The night was still young and the city was still buzzing with activities. Such was true for the Royal Treat restaurant, which serve as the perfect spot for the most romantic dates as well as a dinner timeout with friends and family.

As one of the five star restaurants in Suncity, it has been known for its special varieties of delicacies, very pure and safe hygiene, world class entertainment and most importantly, their kingly treatment of customers.

Music played softly on the top floor of the restaurant as everyone dwelved on their conversations. Aliyah and Hafiz were no exception.

"Stop staring at me that way?" She said.

"I wish I can."

"Of course you can, you just have to look elsewhere."

"I can do that. Unfortunately, not even the sight of a full moon captivates me the way your beauty does."

"There you go again with your flattery." She said rolling her eyes.

"Flattery? Why is it hard for you to accept the fact that you are as beautiful as I say?"

"Because I know, that i am not as beautiful as your words imply"

"Of course my words are a little bit exaggerated. I know, that you are not the most beautiful girl on earth. I mean look around, you will easily spot faces more beautiful. Look at that girl in red" He said referring to a girl who sat not far from them.

Aliyah pouted her lips, before glaring at the girl from the corners of her eyes. Indeed, to call her beautiful would be an understatement.

"Are you jelous?" He said on noticing the expression on Aliyah's face.

"Of course not. Why would I be?"

"Because I called someone beautiful?"

"Hmm I am not. Besides, you didn't lie, she is indeed beautiful, more beautiful than me." Aliyah said.

Although she refused to look at him, he could still detect a hint of jealousy in her voice.

"Hey, look at me." He said, his voice begging for her attention.

"Alright." Her eyes spoke as they settled on his.

"Do you know what I consider the most beautiful thing?"

"Your daughter's smile?" She guessed.

"Of course" He chuckled. "But, if you take her out of the equation, the most beautiful thing in my eyes would be a sky like this. With a full moon accompanied by clusters of twinkling stars"

Her eyes followed the lead of his finger to stare at the distant night sky.

"The skies bear witness to my undying love for the stars, but if had to choose between a starry night and your eyes, I would choose your eyes in a blink, in a heartbeat, without a second thought. And that would be not because I see the stars in them, it would be because your eyes is the greatest solace my eyes would ever find. So it doesn't matter how beautiful a woman is, only your smile have the power to rule over my heart."

"Hmm" A smile dangled on Aliyah's lips as she stared into space. Her chin rested on her palm as her elbow rested on the table and her erected like a pillar. She kept smiling, refusing to let him see the countless blush popping off her face.

Despite her efforts, he still caught a glimpse of her smile. For once, he felt happy that he could make her smile in a way he never imagined.

"That's... beautiful." She said, still staring far off.
