Chapter 12, "Pregnant"

Kara's POV

After everyone left Zayn and I called in reinforcements to come and change all the bedroom sheets and clean the house up even though it wasn't that dirty.

"So how was your first house warming party?" I smiled at Zayn.

"It was perfect, you are perfect, my life is just perfect," he gushed.

I made a pouty baby face causing him to smile. I love that smile.

"I guess it's time to get dressed and part ways huh?" I sighed.

"No, don't leave me," he frowned.

"I would never," I said, wrapping my arms around him. "However, we have work to do."

"Of course we do," he grinned.

We took a quick shower together and got dressed. He had to hit the studio and I had to go and meet up with Machine Gun Kelly so we could piece together some choreography for his new movie.

"Okay baby, once I'm done wrapping things up I'll stop by the studio," I said, pulling over my hoodie.

"I don't like you going around other men in leggings."

"What do you suppose I wear then?"

"Some sweats even though I still wouldn't like that."

"Boy, the whole world knows I'm yours," I assured, giving him a peck on the lips. "Bye."

"Bye, I love you.." he sang.

"Love you too," I hollered before leaving out the door.

I decided to take the Range Rover today because I was feeling real antsy. I decided to go and get the pregnancy test first so I wouldn't forget about it.

"Congratulations," the cashier smiled.

"What do you mean?" I laughed in confusion.

"You're expecting, I can tell."

I gave her a sly smile before grabbing my bag and going back to the truck. Voodoo maybe? How the hell can she tell and I can't.

I pulled out my phone, shaking the woman's word out of my head.

To: Kim

Me: You're still handling practice today right?

Kim: Yeah what's up?

Me: Nothing just checking.

Me: Make sure they get the English Country Dancing down.

Me: That's really important.

Me: Oh and run through the hip hop.

Me: And Jazz but only if you have time.

Kim: I got it you freak! 😂

Me: Sorry, I'll check in while I'm at Colson's.

Kim: It's Machine Gun Kelly 😛😛. Tell him I said hi.

Me: Goodbye Kim 💀.

I swiped out the messages and crunk up the truck getting ready to pull off.
