countries who get fucked over by fifa: mexico. i know there are others, which is why i decided to start with the one i know most about.
i talk about this a lot okay...
literally, if you are not brazil, argentina, netherlands, germany, spain, england, italy, or france, you are more than likely getting fucked over by the fifa. and fight me on this if you want, but you will never change my mind. one basically needs to be argentine, brasileiro, or a certain type of white to be considered worthy of winning anything fifa related.
mexico.
my guys are ALWAYS, and its not an exaggeration when i say ALWAYS.
the two most prominent examples i can remember from personal experience happened in south africa 2010, and brazil 2014.
south africa -
okay so in the round of 16, mexico went up against argentina. i think we all know who fifa was betting on. god forbid they'll ever support an underdog. and yes, i do realize the final score was 3-1, but that first goal WAS OFFSIDE ARGENTINA. if that injustice had never been allowed, then maybe the outcome could have been different.
as the wise person from "50most shocking wc moments 2010" said, "he [ tevez ] was practically back in argentina when he scored that goal." and thus, they screwed over mexico (shocker).
brazil -
from the VERY BEGINNING the fifa was trying to screw over my guys. i read an article where it said that the bus assigned to the seleccion by the fifa didn't even work and on a few ocassions, the players were forced to arrive by taxi. granted, that might have been out of their control, but there's more. during their first game against cameroon, two legitimate goals were cancelled. but WE STILL WON. this is true. i know because the ref got sent home after that game. it had been proven that he had been bribed to screw over mexico [ cause brazil needed to perform best at the world cup being played in their home ].
the second game against brazil was pretty fair. and my boys slayed [ paco memo, my love ].
but the game against croatia, there was a handball and the ref did nothing.
and don't even get me started on the game vs. netherlands. we all know that was not a penalty. you can say whatever you want about it, but the bottom line is it was unfair. [ but we slayed you in your house, netherlands ;) ]
wouldn't it be nice if we could go through one damn tournament without fifa being racist?
probably not.
