black friday.
just wanted to share this little story with you guys.
as alot of you know (if you are american), black friday happens the day after thanksgiving and that's when a lot of people do their christmas shopping. i don't know if other countries do it, but i doubt it.
so when i was in high school, there was a guy in my class who came from mexico about eight years before.
and we were all telling funny holiday stories. so he told us that when he came to the US, from mexico, he was about ten years old. and he celebrated thanksgiving without a problem. but thursday night he saw the news announcements about black friday and how people should be careful.
he thought it was some satanic holiday like the purge or something.
so he locked himself in his house all day.
that was until someone explained to him that there was nothing to be afraid of on black friday.
but yeah.
