thanksgiving.

i meant to do this yesterday but it just slipped my mind.

but basically i was going to post on here some of the many many things i am thankful for.

number one- my family. even though my parents are fighting and have been doing so for the past year and a half, at least they are both alive and healthy. i have my two sisters which i love, even though i don't tell them as much as i'd like to. i literally only say it at christmas or their birthdays. but i'm sure they know i care. i can talk to them about everything and we look out for each other so its great. then there are my three closest cousins. they are like sisters to me and we tell each other everything too.

number two- my friends. my friends at school are so kind hearted and amazing. and basically everyone at my school is super nice. let me tell you. on wednesday i lost my wallet at school and some wonderful person turned it into the lost and found. i mean some other selfish person would have propably spent the money on my debit card or something. and even though my best friends at school transferred somewhere else, the friends who stayed are amazing. then there are my wattpad friends. basically if you comment on any of my stories then i will consider you my friend and you can't get rid of me nowwww. ahahaha. then there's my twitter friends who i've known for three years and are like sisters to me. literally we call each other 'sisters'.

number three- food, clothes, shelter, and a college education.

number four- life.

number five- the fact that mexico won the revenge match against netherlands. (i will never get over it).

number six- the fact that i have my five senses, i have both arms and legs.

number seven- the fact that i live in a free country. i mean, even though all those things are happening in ferguson and even though i know we aren't truly free here (cause obviously people of color are still sadly treated as second class citizens in america. and i happen to be mexican-american, not white.), at least we are free to protest against the things we find unfair. we are free ti disagree and we are free to try to make a change. there are instances in some countries where striving for freedom can get you killed (as is what happened with the 43 students in mexico. as a student, i feel for them because all they wanted was justice).

there are many other things for which i am thankful.

but those are the only ones i can remember right now.

thank you for reading.
