So What's It Gonna Be?

                    "I think that's it," you said standing back and admiring your room. It was filled with boxes. "Wow, It looks like a storage room in here," Monique said laughing. She was standing at the doorway. You turned around and said, "Yeah girl, crazy to think that this was once my room. Can't believe I'm leaving today." "Me either," she said looking around. It was Saturday, one week after graduation. And guess what today was...... MOVE OUT DAY! Daniel was on the way to come get you but that would be around 4 p.m. It was only 12:00 noon but you wanted to make sure you had EVERYTHING you needed. You were indeed excited but at the same time, this was a big step for you. Were you ready? The two of you stood in silence as you stared around the room. This room had so many memories. The walls that were once filled with photos and decorations, portraying all your precious memories were now blank; as blank as your history in NYC. The restart button would definitely be pressed today. "You all set mama," you heard a voice say. You turned around and saw your beautiful mom walk into your room. "Hey ma, yeah I think we got it all under control." "Good good," she said walking towards you. She sat on the bed smiling. "Whats that ma," you asked staring at it. "Have a seat baby." Monique could tell from your moms vibe that it would be something important. "Should I leave," she asked trying to be courteous. "Oh no baby, you can stay. Just shut the door." "Yes ma'am," she said doing so before joining the both of you on the bed. "So ummm," your mom started off, "I want to give you a little something something before you leave." "Oh my gosh, another graduation or condo gift ma?" "Well ummm, something like that," she said chuckling. You and Monique were now super curious about what it could be. "So I am fully aware that you and Daniel will be living together, well, alone. I just wanted to give you some more of this before you leave," she said pulling out a shit load of birth control pills. "Oh my," you said staring in awe."Wow," you said in shock. "Gooooot damn," Mo said covering her mouth. "Yes baby, I already know whats gone go down, so I just want you to have some protection from pregnancy. I don't like the idea of you being sexually active but one thing I've learned, especially being a teen mom, is that you can't control what your child does. So, whether you use them or not, they are available to you. Just know that if you do use birth control, you gotta take it EVERYDAY. Misses a day or two could interfere with its effectiveness, okay baby." "Yes ma'am," you said taking them from her hand. She smiled at you. "Thanks ma." "Y'all still doing the do," Mo asked right in front your mom. You gave her this look. "Girl what, as if she don't already know..." Yes, your mom definitely did know. "Yes....'' you said a bit shamed. "Its okay baby, just know that sex comes with a price." Those words pierced you so hard in the gut. She got out the bed and said she'd make a light lunch. Once she left, you and Mo talked. "Y'all gone be fucking all over the place huh?" "Hahaha..." "HAHAHA nothing bitch." You both laughed. "You so crazy, but yeah... I guess so." "Damn, is he good." "I mean, it feels real good so I guess so." "Shit, good for Dig," she said laughing. "Come on, lets get these boxes downstairs," you said getting up. "Alright nasty," Mo said licking her lips.

                         "This is the last box," you said coming down the steps. You placed the box down on couch, breathing all hard. "All done ladies," your dad said coming from their bedroom, yawning. "YEAH DA, THANKS FOR HELPING," you said sarcastically. His lazy ass was sleep the whole morning. It was only 12:45. Still 3+ hours before bae would be here. "We still got some time, what you wanna do," Mo asked coming from the ktichen with a piece of a sandwich in her hand. "Shoot, nothing tiring. I'm so tired." *DING DONG* You jumped from the sound of your door bell. "I'll get it," you said getting up all excited. You checked the peep hole. It was Chelsea. You stepped back and opened the door, "Hey girl!!!!!" She gave you a warm hug and asked  to come in real quick. "Hey, of course you can!" She stepped inside and spoke to everyone. Even Mo spoke. Ever since the BBQ @ Roxannes, she seemed like the good 'ole Chelsea. "I know you're about to be on your way to NYC but I wanted to give you a little something from me and Roxanne. Roxy wanted to come over but she's packing for NYC today as well." "Oh yeah, she did say she was goin to Parsons." "Mhm," she said handing you the bag, "This is from me and her. I hope you like. DON'T OPEN IT UNTIL YOU GET TO NYC THOUGH OKAY!" "Aha, I'll try not to," you said looking at the bag, "I love gifts." You both laughed, then smiled at each other, "I miss you." "I miss you too Chelsea," you said hugging her. "Sorry for all the BS I caused." "It's okay," She kissed your cheek. "Don't cry," you said wiping her face, "I'll see you soon." "Okay, well I gotta go. Darnells graduation is at 1:30." Your heart stopped. "What's wrong," Chelsea asked. "Oh, its....I wanted to see him graduate," you sad walking in a circle. Truth was, you wanted to. He was there for you and seeing him just felt right. "What time you leaving though?" "Like...4..." "OH! Well theres time. I can drop you back off. It should be over by 3:00." "Oh, perfect," you said rushing to find a purse and some shoes. "WHERE YOU GOING," Mo asked. Your dad and mom waited for you to answer. "I want to see Darnell graduate." "The young man that we met, oh okay," your dad said sipping his coffee. "You gone have time to see him?" "Yes ma, Daniel isn't gna be here until 4," you said rushing up the stairs to get your stuff. "You coming Mo," Chelsea asked. "Yeah," she said getting up. "I'm ready," you said jogging down the stairs, "Alright ma, da, we'll be back in a bit." "Kay," they said going to their bedroom. (Nasties lol) "Okay, lets go," you said as the three of you walked outside. "Oh shi.....," you said walking down the driveway. There was a moving truck and two escaladed parked on the sidewalk. HE WAS HERE EARLY!!!!! The three of you stood there and watched Daniel step out the back seat of one escalade and head up the driveway towards you. You didn't know how to feel. "Hey babe," Daniel said walking up to you. He grabbed your chin with his finger and pecked your lips. He took his attention off of you and focused on Mo and Chelsea. "How y'all doing," he asked hugging them. "I don't get a kiss," Mo asked making this sad face. He laughed, then kissed her cheek. Chelsea wanted a kiss too but was nervous as hell. You looked down the driveway and noticed Perry and a few new faces. "YOU READY FOR A PERMANENT VACATION SWEETHEART," Perry yelled. You laughed but it was forced. Daniel looked you up and down, "I'm here a bit early, wanted to surprise you. But knowin you, I'm sure you got everything ready huh?" "YUP, she was all siked for you to come," Mo said laughing. "Oh, well thats okay [yn], I'm sure Darnell won't care. I'll tell him you tried to make it," Chelsea said searching for car keys. Daniel made this face, "What 's that?" "Oh, I wanted to see Darnell graduate. It's for 1:30, I wanted to see him." "Why?"  "He went to mine and I wanted to support his, thats all." Daniel nodded his head, real real slow. You didn't know what his deal was. "Well, I'll catch y'all later," Chelsea said hugging you one last time. "I guess I'll roll with Chelsea," Mo said hugging and kissing you. "I'm going to miss you girl." "Me too," you said tearing  up. After your hug, you both laughed, then went your seperate ways. "Bye Diggy," Mo said hugging him. "See you soon Sweetheart," he said smiling. "Soon?" "Yes, I'm flying y'all out next weekend for this big NYC summer party. Chelsea and Mo both screamed. "OMG so excited. Okay," they said getting in the car. You watched them both get into Chelsea's car and back out the driveway. Daniel watched your face as they drove off. You really wanted to see him walk across the stage. "Hello ma'am, we're here to retrieve your things. May we go inside and..." "Yes, '" you said cutting him off, "Doors open." They nodded and headed inside. "What's the got damn problem," Daniel asked getting all in your face. You had to back up a bit, he was a lil too close with that. "Now I came here all early and what not to surprise you, and now you gone act like this?" "Daniel, I'm not mad or nothing, I just... I just wa..." "Wanted to do what! Huh?" You looked away from his face, then down, "Nothing." He made this face, one you had never seen before. It made you uncomfortable. "Look, my schedule is crazy. I got something to do later on and had to come early." "Okay Daniel," you said looking into his eyes. "Come on, lets get everyting so we can go home." You nodded and followed him inside to get your things....
