TW: Suicide, Eating Disorder, Depression.
Colby POV:
I walked over cuz I heard something breaks, I saw Max fun out the door.
Colby-"What happened?"
Mikey-"Max overheard us talking."
Danna-"About what!?"
Mikey-"Tyler isn't sure if he wants to get married yet..."
Colby-"What!"
Danna-"Then why did he propose?"
Mikey-"I don't know..."
Colby-"So Wheres Tyler?"
Mikey-"Outside he tried stopping her..."
I looked at my phone, I got a notification from Max saying she stopped sharing her location.
Danna-"SHIT!"
Mikey-"You got it too?"
Danna-"We need to find her now."
We went outside and Tyler was laying in the grass.
Colby-"You ok..?"
Tyler-"Here's her ring."
Danna-"What happened?"
Tyler-"She overheard me and Mikey talking. I'm not sure if I wanna get married so young..."
Danna-"But you guys were good? Everything was good between you guys."
Colby-"You guys we're even talking about the wedding today!"
Tyler-"I know, but I don't wanna get married at a young age..."
Mikey-"So why didn't you tell her that?"
Tyler-"I was scared."
Colby-"Why?"
Tyler-"Because Max is scary, you never know what she is gonna do."
The front door opened and Mason came running to us.
Mason-"Hi daddy."
Tyler-"Hey Mase."
Mason-"Wheres mommy?"
Colby-"Shes with some friends."
Mason-"O okay. Brother is crying."
Danna-"I'll be back."
Colby-"Okay."
They ran inside and we sat there with Tyler. He threw Max's ring and laid down.
Mikey-"Why did you throw it."
Tyler-"It's useless.."
Colby-"No it's not, save it."
Tyler-"Why I hurt that girl so many times. She doesn't want me anymore."
Mikey-"Lets go find the ring."
Colby-"Alr."
Me and Mikey were looking for the ring, we eventually found it. We went inside and I put it on Max's vanity.
Colby-"We need to find Max."
Danna-"Shes fine."
Mikey-"No she isn't."
Danna-"She texted me, she'll be at the interview tomorrow. She just needs some time alone, but Tyler has to go to the interview tomorrow too."
Mikey-"Why?"
Danna-"All of us are getting interviewed."
Colby-"O that's cool."
Danna-"Yeah. So try and keep them away from each other. Max will probably flip out if she talks to Tyler."
Colby-"Where is she staying?"
Danna-"In this house, I'm giving Kian and Mason tonight."
Mikey-"Shes coming back?"
Danna-"Yeah, in like 20 minutes. Don't let Tyler talk to her."
Mikey-"Okay."
Colby-"Are you going with her?"
Danna-"Yeah, well be back tomorrow. But please talk to Tyler."
Mikey-"Yeah of course."
Danna gave me Kian to hold, she went into his room and got his stuff ready.
Colby-"Mason!"
Mason-"What?"
Colby-"Where are you?"
Mason-"I watching TV in mommy's room!"
Colby-"Come get your stuff ready."
Mason-"For what?"
Colby-"You and brother are going with your mommy."
Mason-"Yay! Is daddy coming?"
Colby-"No."
Mason-"Why?"
Colby-"Daddy and mommy are fighting right now.
They are not best friends, so mommy is taking you tonight."
Mason-"Why are they fighting?"
Colby-"I don't know, just get ready."
Mason-"Okay."
I heated the front door open and it was Max, I ran to Danna to tell her and we didn't talk. Max came upstairs, and grabbed her bagged.
Max-"Wheres Kian?"
Colby-"In the room with Danna."
Max-"Okay."
She walked into the room and came out with Kian. Danna has his bags and they took them downstairs and put them in the car, Danna came back up to get Mason.
Danna-"You ready?"
Mason-"Yeah!"
Danna-"Okay lets go downstairs."
We went downstairs and Mason had to say goodbye to Tyler.
Mason-"Bye daddy!"
Tyler-"Where you going?"
Mason-"With mommy!"
Tyler-"Shes here?"
Mason-"Yeah!"
They walked over to us.
Tyler-"She isn't taking them forever!"
Danna-"She isn't, well be back tomorrow, we are coming at back 12, and be ready by then. We are going to the interview tomorrow."
Tyler-"Can i at least talk to her?"
Mikey-"Not right now Ty..."
Tyler-"Why not?"
Mikey-"Right now she won't give a fuck about what she's saying. Give her time, don't text or call her."
Tyler-"Okay..."
Danna-"Ok we need to go, say goodbye."
Mason-"Goodbye daddy! I see you tomorrow."
Tyler-"Goodbye Mason. Take care of mommy okay?"
Mason-"I will! Love you!"
Tyler-"Love you too."
They walked out the door and we saw the car drive away.
Tyler-"You think she'll be okay?"
Colby-"For sure."
The next day...
Max's POV:
We were at the house and I was getting to start the interview. Josh, the guy who was filming all this was super nice, there were 5 other people there, helping him.
Danna-"You ready?"
Max-"Yeah."
Danna-"Can I talk to you real quick?"
Max-"Yeah about what?"
Danna-"Tyler is here."
I walked away and she grabbed my arm.
Danna-"Act professional please."
Max-"Got it."
Josh-"Max you ready?"
Max-"Yeah!"
I walked over and Josh told me to sit on the chair, we were outside filming. It was quite nice outside.
Josh-"Okay, just say "Hi I'm maggie lindemann and say what you've gone thru."
Max-"Okay? Is it filming?"
Josh-"Yeah!"
Max-"Hi I'm Maggie Lindemann and I am a survivor of suicide and I've dealt with depression for 4 years."
Josh-"Now just go into detail about how you got into depression."
Max-"Ever since I was literally I was always crazy, at a young age I was diagnosed with ADHD, and like no body every talked to me because I was that crazy girl. But I got treated for it, but obviously some of it will always still be there, like I'm definitely still crazy. But middle school was when my depression really started."
Josh-"Thats good, now just keep going."
Max-"I never really had to many friends growing up in middle school. I wasn't the popular girl, I was basically a loser my entire life. I've never really talked about this before but I tried killing myself at 12.
Josh-"Wow really?"
Max-"Yeah."
Josh-"What happened after that?"
Max-"My parents found out, I went to like rehabilitation center. I did get better, I was a lot happier, the girls there were really nice, and when I got out, I was fine. But 2 years later when I moved to LA, depression really took over."
Josh-"What age did you move out here?"
Max-"15."
Josh-"Where you by yourself?"
Max-"No i was with my 2 best friends, we moved out here with each other."
Josh-"We are gonna cut real quick, Colby and them just got here."
Max-"Okay."
I got up and went on my phone. Tyler walked towards me and I was super scared.
