Colby POV:
I kinda wished Max didn't bring Tyler because I wanted to spend more time with her alone. We haven't hanged out much since they have been together. Plus i kinda stopped liking Tyler because of how bad he's been hurting Max recently.
Colby-"Max."
Max-"Yeah?"
Colby-"Wanna go out for dinner later?"
Max-"Yeah I'm down."
Colby-"Okay
I was gonna tell her how I felt about Tyler, I know I probably shouldn't because lately they've kinda been on good terms but this was probably my only chance. I hope she listens.
Couple hours later
We were done filming and Max was getting ready for us to go out.
Max-"Babe did you put Mason down?"
Tyler-"Yeah I made him take a bath and then he watched TV and he knocked out."
Max-"Okay."
Tyler-"Where you guys going?"
Colby-"We have to talk about business."
Tyler-"Like what? Merch?"
Colby-"Kinda."
Max-"Colby wants help on Merch ideas."
I'm surprised she went along with what I was saying.
Tyler-"Okay bring me back food."
Max-"Alright."
Colby-"You ready?"
Max-"Yeah."
I helped her down the stairs because she was wearing heels.
Colby-"And why did you decide to wear heels?"
Max-"I don't know."
I opened the car door for her and then we left. We went to this fancy restaurant and it was time to tell her.
Colby-"We need to talk seriously."
Max-"About..?"
Colby-"Tyler."
Max-"You want me to leave him huh?"
Colby-"What..?"
Max-"Colby i know, a lot of people want me to leave him."
Colby-"So why don't you?"
Max-"I'm scared, I guess, and Mason too. When me and Tyler last broke up Mason was asking about him a lot. I felt bad.."
Colby-"But I'm more concerned about your mental health. Like I know how much he is destroying you. Ever since you got with him you started changing more and more."
Max-"Trust me Colby I know."
Colby-"So then why won't you leave him.. for good?"
She jus shrugged her shoulders and went on her phone, a couple minutes later our food arrived.
Colby-"You gonna answer the question or not?"
Max-"If we have one more fight, this week, I'll officially break up with him."
Colby-"You promise me?"
Max-"Yes."
We ate our food and had a normal conversation, we did talk about business and how she's going back to school.
Couple hours later...
Max POV:
We were back at the house and Tyler was sleeping on the couch with Mason. I woke up Tyler so he could go and sleep in the bed.
Tyler-"Babe your not sleeping on the couch."
Max-"I'll be fine."
Colby-"Max you'll sleep in my room, I'll sleep on the couch with Mason."
Max-"Are you sure?"
Colby-"Yeah I'll probably be up all night, I have to edit."
Max-"Okay. Babe go lay down."
Tyler-"Alr Goodnight love you."
Max-"Love you too."
He kissed my forehead and I tucked Mason in but he woke up.
Mason-"Where you go?"
Max-"I went to go eat."
Mason-"Without me?"
Max-"We can go eat tomorrow."
Mason-"You promise?"
Max-"Yes my love."
Mason-"Can I have an Apple?"
Max-"Yes but after your done, you come back to the couch and go to sleep."
Mason-"Can I watch cartoons."
Max-"Only for a little bit, Colby has to work."
Mason-"Okay!"
I cut an apple for him and we sat on the couch watching Sponge Bob. I went to Tyler's room and changed and take my makeup off, after that I went to Colby's room.
Couple days later...
We were back in LA and me and David decided to catch up. We went to go eat at some place on Melrose, once we were done eating and heading back to the Tesla I saw paparazzi.
Paparazzi-"Hey Max! Hey David!"
Max-"Hi"
David-"Hey man whats up!"
Paparazzi-"Nothing much, Max when we getting new music."
Max-"Pretty soon."
Paparazzi-"I saw your tik tok last night of Tyler bringing you food that was pretty cute."
Max-"O yeah."
Paparazzi-"Have you seen the Hype house?"
Max-"Yeah I don't like them."
Paparazzi-"O why not?"
Max-"I love everyone in the hype house except Thomas, I think that's his name."
David-"O Thomas Petrou?"
Paparazzi-"Why don't you like him?
Max-"He's fake as fuck, he only wants money and clout, he's honestly ugly, he's a scammer, and a liar. And what he did to Daisy wasn't cool, like how are you gonna pay only 5 thousand dollars and claim you own everything. His career should've ended and just stayed dead just like Team 10. Like he can suck a dick and die."
David-"Okay we have to go now."
We walked to the Tesla and David set up his camera.
David-"Jesus Christ Max."
Max-"What?"
David-"You were insane, Max just went on a full on rant on why she hates this one tik toker, which you guys will probably see the video in the next hour."
Max-"I said what had to be said, and he's not liked at all."
Couple hours later...
I was at home with Mason and Tyler, Tyler saw the video and he got mad at me for saying that stuff about Thomas.
Tyler-"Why would you say that type of stuff to paparazzi?"
Max-"It's not a big deal."
Tyler-"Your trending number one on twitter right now, there are tik toks and videos about it."
Max-"Good."
Tyler-"You need to apologize."
Max-"No the fuck. I feel good about what I said, I'm not taking anything back."
Tyler-"You obviously don't care if you get canceled or not?"
Max-"No, I've never really had a career Anyways."
Tyler-"Yes you have. Pretty Girl was number one for awhile, it was trending, people loved it."
Max-"Yeah but then I never produced music after that."
Tyler-"Yes you have."
Max-"Yeah after what? 4 or 5 years I produce a new song and I'm forgotten."
Tyler-"You went on tour with Why Don't We tho."
Max-"Yeah I know, and you stalked me."
Tyler-"I didn't stalk you."
Max-"You kinda did."
Tyler-"Well even if I did we wouldn't be together right now."
Max-"Good."
Tyler-"What do you mean good?"
Max-"Tyler, I'm going to tell you the truth."
Tyler-"About what?"
Max-"Me and you."
Tyler-"Okayyy..."
Max-"I honestly think we should break up for sure. I'm tired of us always fighting, my mental health isn't doing too well right now. Maybe we could try again later, when we are both ready. I'll always love you, but maybe we should move on. It's hurts for me to say this but I don't love you right now. Your hurting me, mentally, and sometime physically. We need to move on. And if we are meant to be, the world will bring us back together. I'm sorry Tyler."
Couple hours later...
I was at Colby's new house, he moved back in with Jake, Sam, and Corey. Their new house was so amazing and big. Me and the boys sat outside in the grass talking, and then of course Colby brought about what I said to paparazzi.
Colby-"Max is trending and not in a good way."
Corey-"I know but I fully support you."
Sam-"Same."
Jake-"Honestly I don't even know what's happening."
Colby-"How did Tyler react?"
Max-"Bad."
Colby-"How are you and Tyler anyways?"
Max-"Good, I guess you can say."
Sam-"Thats new."
Max-"Yeah."
It started to get dark so Corey and Jake went inside, and Sam was gonna go edit. Me and Colby stayed outside.
Colby-"Wanna go for a swim?"
Max-"No."
He picked me and threw me in.
Max-"Colby really?"
Colby-"I'm coming in too, don't worry."
He jumped in and swam towards me, I hugged him and I didn't let go.
Max-"Me and Tyler broke up."
Colby-"Really?!"
Max-"Yeah."
Colby-"So your mine now?"
Max-"If you want me too.."
Colby-"YES! FINALLY! I get the girl of my dreams!"
He was so happy, he was smiling and didn't want to let me go. He started to kiss me and it was the cutest thing ever.
Max-"Can we not tell anybody tho?"
Colby-"Yes, I don't want anyone to come between us. You'll be my secret."
Max-"Your the best."
Colby-"I've been waiting for this day for awhile."
I just smiled and he hugged me.
Colby-"Come on, let's go shower."
Max-"Let's?"
Colby-"Yeah."
He winked at me and we got out the pool, we ran upstairs into the bathroom.
2 hours later...
Colby POV:
Me, Max, Corey, Sam and Jake were all down stairs watching TV.
Sam-"Max why are you legs shaking?"
Max-"Uh I don't know."
Sam-"Why you nervous."
Max-"I'm not."
Corey-"Then why your legs shaking."
Max-"I don't know."
I looked at her and winked. She was so cute, I can finally call her my girlfriend.
Max-"I wanna go somewhere."
Jake-"Same, lets go to Hollywood."
Corey-"I'm down."
Max-"I just need to go to my house real quick to get changed."
Sam-"Alr lets go."
Max POV:
I grab the Lamborghini keys and I told the boys to meet me at the house. I didn't live too far from them.
I got too the house, and Tyler was in my bed.
Max-"Hey."
Tyler-"Hey."
Max-"What you doing?"
Tyler-"Nothing."
Max-"Wanna come with us?"
Tyler-"Where?"
Max-"Holly."
Tyler-"Yeah I'll come."
Max-"Okay."
Tyler-"Guess what I got."
Max-"What?"
Tyler-"Acid."
Max-"What? From who?"
Tyler-"My friend, he left it here."
Max-"Give me one."
He gave me one and I put it on my tongue.
Max-"Hide it."
Tyler-"You want a puff?"
Max-"Yeah gimme 2."
Tyler-"What flavor."
Max-"Dont matter."
Tyler-"Alr."
Max-"Ok shit i need to change."
Tyler-"Same."
He got up and went to the closet. I changed and grabbed my beanie, I redid my makeup really quick, and put lashes on. The boys were downstairs, and I had to get Mason ready because he was going with my mom to the Bahamas.
Max-"You ready?"
Mason-"Yeah!"
Max-"You excited to go to the beach!?"
Mason-"Yeah! Imma play in the water all day!"
Max-"Nice."
I grabbed his suitcase and we went downstairs.
Mason-"Jake!"
Jake-"Mason! My man!"
Mason loved Jake, They were kinda similar, goofy, funny and weird.
Mason-"Where you guys going?"
Max-"We are going to Hollywood."
Mason-"Woah can i come?"
Max-"No my love."
Mason-"Why!?"
Max-"Your going to the beach remember?"
Mason-"O yeah!"
