Sunny rushed out of the bedroom, and she could hear Tengku Hassanal's voice calling for her, but she didn't care. She ran down the stairs and out the door after grabbing a car key.
"Sunny!" Tengku Hassanal chased after her at the door.
"Just leave me alone!" Sunny said as she walked to a car. Tengku Hassanal also chased after her in the car.
"Sunny, don't be like this, please," Tengku Hassanal said.
"Give me space! Give me space to process my own emotions and your words. Give me space, Hassanal!" Sunny shouted at him before entering the car.
Tengku Hassanal sighed before running into the house to grab a car key. By the time he went out, Sunny had already driven out of the house. He got into his car to chase after her. Sunny only had one place to go to if she felt overwhelmed.
So, she drove to that place. Fifteen minutes later, she arrived at a mansion owned by her parents-in-law. When the Queen Mother was informed that Sunny was there, she quickly went to the door.
Sunny parked her car and then walked towards the door. The Queen Mother was at the door, looking at Sunny with a concerned look, when she saw Sunny's red face as if she was crying.
"Sunny?" the Queen Mother said while opening her arms to her.
"Mommy..." Sunny pouted as tears welled in her eyes.
"Aw, what happened?" the Queen Mother asked while rubbing her back.
"We fought," Sunny said while crying.
"Come inside. Come on," she said, bringing Sunny into the house.
Sunny cried like a baby who was so disappointed.
"Sunny? What happened? Why are you crying?" Her father-in-law asked with concern.
"She and Hassanal fought," said the Queen Mother.
They sat in the living room as the Queen Mother calmed Sunny down. Sunny looked so bad because she was crying a lot.
"It's okay, Sunny. Fight happens," the Queen Mother said while rubbing her back.
"Did you drive alone here?" her father-in-law asked.
Sunny nodded while wiping the tears off her face. She explained what had happened, why she was crying, and why the whole fight had happened.
"I shouldn't have walked out of the house," Sunny said while covering her face.
"Hey, it's alright. That's not a problem. You wanted space, and he didn't give you that. So, it is fine for you to get out of the house, Sunny. Don't worry. I'm sure he'll understand," the Queen Mother said to her.
"I just wanted more space. That's all. I just wanted to process what I had done to him," Sunny said while sniffling.
"I understand. Mommy and Daddy understand that. We've been through it too. I know. Since you're on your period too, it's normal for us, women, to experience overemotional."
At the same time, Tengku Hassanal arrived at the house.
"I don't want to meet him now," Sunny said.
"Alright. Go to your bedroom. We'll talk to him. You rest and calm yourself down for now, okay?" The Queen Mother said.
Sunny nodded before standing up and went upstairs.
When Tengku Hassanal entered the house, he was greeted by his parents.
"Mommy, where is SUnny?" he asked.
"She's resting in the bedroom," the Queen Mother said.
Tengku Hassanal wanted to go after her, but his mother stopped him, "Give her space first, Hassanal. Okay? She wanted space. Give her her space."
"I messed up, Mom," Tengku Hassanal sighed.
"Just give her space. She'll come to you when she's ready," said his father.
Tengku Hassanal sighed again.
"Come on. Sit down first. Let her settle down," the Queen Mother said, bringing Tengku Hassanal to sit down in the living room.

Sunny took a nap in their bedroom after she was done crying and blaming herself for the argument she had with her husband. But when she woke up, she was surprised to see that the sun had already set.
That means she had been sleeping for more than 2 hours. She didn't expect that she would sleep that long. But when she wanted to get up from bed, she realized something.
She didn't turn the air conditioner on. She didn't pull the sheer curtains over the sliding door to the balcony. She didn't turn off the lights. She didn't put a blanket over herself. Sunny rubbed her face and exhaled.
Then suddenly, she realized that she wasn't alone sleeping in the bedroom. She slowly and carefully turned to her back. Tengku Hassanal was sleeping beside her.
Sunny quietly exhales while looking at him.
"What have I done to my husband?" Sunny whispered.
Slowly and quietly, Sunny gets up from bed and walks out of their bedroom. Careful not to wake him up. Sunny then went downstairs, where her mother was preparing dinner.
"Sunny? Is Hassanal with you?" she asked.
"He's still sleeping," Sunny answered.
"Okay. I warned him not to go to the bedroom. But he told us you were sleeping. So, he wanted to rest too," The Queen Mother said while stirring a pot of soup.
"Yeah, that's alright. I just woke up first," Sunny said.
"Emotion's stable now?" the Queen Mother asked her. Sunny smiled thinly and nodded.
"Alright. Go wake him up, and we'll have dinner. Fifteen minutes," she told her.
"Okay," Sunny replied softly before walking back upstairs.
She went inside the room and saw that Tengku Hassanal was sitting on their bed. When he saw her, he immediately looked at her and stood up.
"Had a good sleep?" Sunny asked him before turning on the lights.
"No. I sleep while still thinking what to do for you to forgive me for what I've done," he replied.
Sunny exhaled and walked towards him. She took his hands and kissed them.
"I'm sorry for being over-emotional," Sunny said.
"Hey, none of this is your fault, honey. You don't have to apologize," he said while caressing her hair. Sunny hugged him tightly.
"I shouldn't have exploded like that and given you a silent and cold shoulder when we were having lunch with them. I'm so sorry. That was really childish," Sunny said to him.
"Hey, hey, hey," Tengku Hassanal said, bringing her to sit down.
"It's fine. You have emotions, and you can express them. I don't mind. It's okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. I shouldn't have been too friendly to them. I'm so sorry, my wife," he said before kissing her forehead.
"I'm so sorry. Please, tell me when I do things wrong and do t things that makes you heartbroken. I'll fix it. I'm sorry," he said.
"It's fine. I"m sorry too," Sunny said before hugging him.
"So, we're good?" he asked.
Sunny smiled, "We're good."
"I love you."
"I love you too."
