SLAM!
Nico was shocked, cringing and grabbing onto his seat. Percy held onto the steering wheel with white knuckles. Quickly, the car was at a hault.
Percy took a second to catch his breath, then groaned, and Nico rolled his eyes, pinching his nose.
"Why?!" Percy opened the door to meet the guy who was out of his car behind them.
They had gotten into a small car-crash. They were on the freeway, taking the easy way to the festival (which, Nico hates taking that route anyways), and then came to a stop to pay the bridge toll. However, the guy behind them had not stopped, and ran into their back.
Percy went out to check the car damage, there wasn't much. He swapped information, then got back in his car, looking around at the cars that drove around them. He sighed, then smiled, and Nico was relieved, "Let's get that goldfish!"
