"Silas, what should I wear?" Elijah stared at his closet, separating each piece, but still, he was unsure. Silas sat on the bed, his eyes glued to the tv screen as he played on the Nintendo Switch.

"Si!"

Elijah slapped the back of his head as his brother jumped up in pain and glanced at him with a frown on his face.

"Help me pick out an outfit," Elijah turned back to his closet

"For God's sake," He took off the headphones as he walked to Elijah. He picked out a sweater and jeans with a pair of trainers and handed it to him.

"Now, leave me alone. Mario has to save Princess Peach,"

"Stop playing video games,"

"It's my break, I can do what I like,"

Elijah rolled his eyes as he went inside the toilet to change. He stared at his reflection, figuring out how to have his hair. Up, down, or the usual. He chose down

He brushed his hair down. "It looks better up," Silas peeked in the bathroom

"Dammit,"

"You really like her, don't you?" Silas leaned against the door. He crossed his arms, plastering his face with a smirk.

"Is it obvious?"

"You spent the last half an hour picking an outfit, so you tell me." Silas stated. Elijah cursed under his breath

"I'm in it deep, aren't I?"

"Kind of. It's not a bad thing. Most people spend their entire lives not knowing what they want," Silas reminded. He had a small grin on his face. He was proud of his brother. Elijah was letting go of his past

"And me?" Elijah asked

"You don't fall, but when you do, you fall in hard. The only question is, does she feel the same?"

"I don't know, and I don't want to scare her," Elijah sighed. He sat down on the bed, looking up at his brother as Silas spoke again

"It's not bad to know what you want. Tell her so you're on the same page. If that's not what she wants, there's no point in pursuing the relationship,"

"That's actually good advice. Thanks, Si. How do you know so much about relationships?"

"I go to an American High school. It is full of drama," Silas chuckled. "If you heard the cheating rumors going around,"

"What about you?" Elijah asked, raising an eyebrow

"No girls till I'm done with my education," Silas repeated the words drilled into his brain by Elijah

"Good. No girl is worth ruining your education for,"

"You just don't want me hurt like you were,"

"True," Elijah nodded back. "I want the best for you."

"Right, I better go if I want to be there on time," Elijah took a deep breath, taking in his reflection. He looked good right. He thought so to himself. He grabbed his phone, wallet and keys and headed out.

"Good luck,"

"Thanks,"

"A bakery?" Elijah said as he stepped out of the car to their destination

"Not just any. They run a class every Sunday night to make your own. Since you like cooking, I thought it would be fun," Diana glanced at him through the corner of her eyes, trying to catch his expression. She smiled as he looked impressed.
