Chapter 18 : Tell Her

Maggie's POV,

The boys took a while downstairs, so I took this as a chance to have a shower. I got out and got changed into some spare clothes and took my make up bag out before walking back into the bathroom and in front of the mirror. I was half way through doing my mascara, I've already applied foundation and eye liner, when Brad walked in.

"How did it go?" I finished doing my eye before getting up to hug him.

"Erm... Alright! Our shoot is tomorrow!" He said with a smile.

"That's great! I'm sure it will be a killer!" I said and let go of him then went back to the mirror.

"Maggie?" He said.

"Yeah Brad?" I replied looking at him through the mirror.

"I need to tell you that... ThereisakissingsceneIhavetodo" he blurbed out.

"Woah Brad slowly," I said and finished my other eye before turning to him.

"Maggie, there is a kissing scene, I'm so sorry," he says and looks into my eyes before he looks at the floor. What? A girlfriend should accept this right? Yeah. I need to be cool with it. But I'm not. What do I do? I don't want to share. Call me selfish but this is wrong. It's for his band though.

"Maggie? Say something please..." He almost whispered.

"I... Erm... That's ok... It's just a kiss right? ..." I said forcing the words out. Brad just nodded.

"You can come too," he then added. I want to support him as much as I can, but I don't want to see another kiss him.

"Alright," I said and took my make up bag and walked to the bed before putting it into my proper bag.

"Maggie?" Brad called my name. I took my stuff and walked down the stairs.

"Later boys..." I put on a fake smile and waved to them.

"Bye!" They all chorused.
I just wanted to be alone for a while. Let it sink in.

Brad's POV,

She walked out. I went after her but she told me she wants to be alone. It's just a kiss. Nothing more.

"She alright?" Connor asked.

"I dunno," I simply replied and sank into the sofa.

"She'll be alright," James said. We spent rest of the day practising.

I woke up just wanting to fall back asleep. It was only half 6, but James was already gone out, most probably for a run with Maggie. I had a quick shower and put on some black skinny jeans, my Arctic Monkeys Tshirt and a bandana for my hair. I walked down the stairs and found Connor up.

"Morning Brad," he said still half asleep.

"Morning sloth, what you doing up?" I asked him.

"Joe made me," he blamed Joe.

Soon it was 10 and we were all in the van and on our way to London. Including Lizzie and Maggie. Maggie hasn't spoken to me yet, and was currently sitting next to James. The journey was long so I just put in my headphones and let myself doze off...
We arrived around 12 ish. The house was huge. Straight away we got rushed to get our outfits and to talk to the directors. We were told about the plot. It seemed fair enough. Maggie was stood with Lizzie while the first scene got shot. We shot a few more where Connor got flour all over him, where James was in a ball room and Tris covered in silly string. Also a re take of a photo that got drawn over and some of the other actress's. We had a lunch break. I want to speak with Maggie.

"You alright?" I asked her and pulled her into a hug.

"Course, why wouldn't I be?" She replied giving me a hug back. So she's ok with this? I hope.

"Hungry?" I asked her and she shook her head.

"No, but you should have something to eat!" She said and lead me to the table. James looked at me and smiled, I gave him a smile in return and chose some food. Once I finished I just sat on a bench with Maggie, playing with her fingers, while she was just sat there not saying anything or even looking at me.

"I love you," I said and leaned in.

"I love you too Brad," she smiled and our lips crashed. It was a soft, yet passionate kiss. As we pulled away Joe came up with the actress I was suppose to kiss. Since I kiss her in the day light, it was the scene we were to shoot next.

"Ready?" Joe asked. I looked at Maggie and gave her another kiss before I went off with Joe.

"And action," one of the directors said. She ran, kissed me, then hid. And that was it.
We filmed the rest, and could finally go home. It was half 1 in the morning, and both Lizzie and Maggie stayed.

"You ok?" I asked Maggie who just snuggled into my chest.

"Come stay mine tonight?" She said out of nowhere.

"You sure? Your parents alright with it?" I asked and hugged her.

"Yeah," she said and I felt her doze off. Soon I fell asleep too.

"Oi Brad!" Tris pinched me.

"Shoo," I said and realised we were in the van.

"Ah thanks Man," I tell Tris as he leaves. I pick up Maggie bridal style and carry her through her house and into her bedroom. I take off her shoes and coat before tucking her in. Soon I tuck in next to her and hold her close to me. I'm so happy I've got her.
