                                              Rhuphas had me by the shirt. He seems way too mad for this to just be a passing irritation.
                          "Hey Rhuphas, calm down let him go!" Cress was beside him trying to defuse the situation.
                          Rhuphas locked eyes with me and I could see a seething anger, almost as if.

                          "Let, him, go, now!" I looked to my right to see Xuelian gripping Rhuphas' arm, with a fire in her eyes. I've never seen her like that before.
                          Rhuphas let go and Xuelian immediately jumped in between the two of us, asking if I was okay. She turned around and glared at him. 
                          To my surprise and slight pleasure, she had wrapped her arms around me as if she were protecting me from him.
                          "Hey Xuelian, I'm losing my balance."
                          "Oh I'm sorry."
                          "Why bother with someone like him? He doesn't deserve to be partnered with someone like you. You've got real skill," 
                          'Someone like you doesn't deserve to be with Xuelian. You can't compare to her. You're not even in her league,' I heard Ye-Suel's word echo through my head.
                          "Tsubasa, are you okay?" I looked up to see Xuelian gazing at me.
                          "Um, yeah."
