Chapter 304: Round 2, Fight!

After the first fight had ended, we left to watch the singles tournament, most of the fights had little to no interest for us as far as potential threats were concerned.

As far as entertainment value went these fights were pretty good. In these fights the audiences attention was focused on the single player rather than being split between two players.

The fights themselves were nothing special however the tension they held was breath taking.

After watching the fights for the remainder of the day we decided to get something to eat then go to sleep for the night.

The next morning came and after our morning routine we headed to the Arena.

Our next fight was against the number sixty-eighth team, these players were named Yuwanyx and Phenyvone.

Our opponents entered the arena hand in hand, their hands and fingers interlocked, telling they were an actual couple. They waved to the crowd as cheers erupted from then stadium.

The announcer introduced each of us.

They both approached us hand in hand. With a simple smile, they both extended their hands.

The guy spoke up, "I'm Yuwanyx, this is my wife Phenyvone. Let's have a great match."
