Chapter 369: Hit the Mark

"Tsubasa, I apologize for being late," Xuelian said with a flustered look on her face.

"Oh okay," I closed my menu and gave her a warm smile.

"Thanks for waiting. You okay though you were staring really intensely at your menu?"

"Oh yeah I'm good, you ready to eat?"

"Yup."

We went to go eat, and afterwords we departed for the forest to go hunting. A few minutes after entering the forest we came across several Kobolds.

"Tsubasa there's one on your left!"

"Alright," I took a breath and raised my hand, extending my index and middle fingers. Magical Energy swirled around me and beneath me, "Gather and fly, [Aschè Arrow]."

An arrow of energy appeared in front of me and took off a moment later, striking the kobold in the chest. The beast fell down dead, dissolving into nothing.

I turned around to see Xuelian approaching me.

"Looks like we're done here," Xuelian said while scanning the area.

"Yeah looks like it. I forgot how much fun it was to use «Artes»."

"Yeah, I forgot about the thrill. Makes you think we might of taken «Artes» for granted."

"Xuelian you might be right. Well let's keep going."

"Sure."
