Chapter 346: Aran Rot Forest

We searched the entire Dale over the next two days. Eventually we came to the [Silver Wheel's Forest].

The forest dungeon was filled to the brim with traps; pitfalls, arrows, swinging log traps, and poisoned quicksand.

Most of the traps we avoided; however a few managed to catch us off guard. There was a few close calls, and a few times we were bought down to about ten percent «Health». Regardless we pushed on through.

The forest itself seemed to be alive. As we walked the winding twisting paths we reached dead ends only to turn around and see that the path had changed behind us. The forest was so thick we couldn't cut through, or if we could it instantly grew back.

The monsters within the forest were varied from;
-the Aent, towering tree-like humanoids;
-The Moss men and Moss Children, creatures that were covered in fallen foliage, with deep red eyes.
-Wood maidens, beautiful yet dangerous women, with tree like bodies.
-jinmenju and Jinmenshi, living trees and their fruit that would attack anyone that approached.
-Strix, giant screech owls, that swooped down and attacked from above.
-And Avvat, Giant mutant rats, that often scurried away.
