Better together (a clace fan fiction)

School

    My alarm go off at 6:30 and I get up quickly and fling open my closet. What do I wear? I decide to wear a plain red t shirt with a leather jacket and some black jeans and grey combat boots I got from target. I make my bed, which takes about 2 minutes, then I go into the bathroom and brush my teeth and splash some water in my face to help wake me up. I put on some light make up then head over to the kitchen. I grab the bread so I can make a bagel. I stick it in the toaster. I wait a minute anxiously. Once the bagels come up I grab the cream cheese out of the fridge and spread it on the bagels.

  I sit down at the table to eat it. As I am eating my mom and Luke walks in. "Well your up early" Luke tells me when he sees I am already eating my bagel. "Yeah I have school remember. I am riding the bus too so I have to be up even earlier." I finish eating my bagel and mom and Luke start making their breakfast. I run back to my room and grab my backpack. I remember I need to fill up my water bottle. I go over to the fridge and fill up my water bottle.

Mom looks at me and says "clary, I have never seen you so happy to go to school. Usually you are dragging yourself out of bed and are usually running to school." I laugh and say "yeah well, everyone will be there that I actually like except for Alec. Today will be funny too because of Grant and jace both meeting each other."I watch my water bottle slowly filling up. "Oh yeah I forgot. Your mom told me jace was coming. You will have to let me know how everything goes ok" Luke says as he looks at me and smiles like he is trying not to laugh. I look out the window and see the bus pulling up. I look at both of them and say "well the bus Is here. I will tell you how it goes between the two Luke, it will definitely be interesting. See y'all later." I put my water bottle in the side pocket of my backpack and head out of the front door.

I get on the bus and see izzy and jace talking and sitting in the back. I walk over and sit behind them and put my head on top of their seat. "Well there you are, we have been waiting here for like 15 minutes" Isabelle says as if that is too long of a time. "Well we only have three more people and Simon and Grant are 2 of them"I tell her. I can tell she is trying not to laugh because she says "oh this is going to be fun. We are lucky he usually sits over there next to Donny." I am trying not to laugh, because I am just picturing what will happen again. Luckily our next stop is Simon's house. I had to talk him into riding the bus this morning. He comes and sits next to me. "Hey you still owe me that new video game code that just came out for riding the bus with you." "Oh don't worry I will get it for you after school. After today we can go back to our normal routine of walking to school." He gives a sigh of relief and says "oh thank the angel." I smile and look out the window and we make our next two stops.

Before we make it to the school jace asks us "so... who's schedule am I following around today?" Wow I haven't gotten that far. By the look on izzys face neither has she. Simon looks confused and clueless. "Umm I haven't really gotten that far. I didn't think you would actually say yes to coming in he first place. I guess you could come to me and simons first period we have French and after that whatever you want to do because all of us have second together. It is either French or earth science with izzy and trust me,Simon and I took it last year and it is hard and boring." izzy looks at me like 'really, you know we can both speak french that is why I don't take french.' The bus stops and the four of us grabs our book bags and all 4 of us heads off the bus.

As we are walking in jace says "I know why you want me to come to French with you, it's because I am fluent in French. You have witnessed it too when we were in France with your psycho of a brother. I guess I will be going to science because French will be too easy." I look up at him and say "please" and give him my puppy dog eyes. He looks at me and smiles and says "fine. But I'm not helping you with everything. You're lucky I love you."

We all laugh and go to our lockers and grab our first period books and head over to our classes. Simon goes ahead before us because he had his books in his book bag already.
