April 14, 1956
Jackie awoke after her morning sickness and feeding Bella to a sense of dread.
It had been a day after Jack and her had announced her pregnacy and a newspaper was probably at the door right now...
Jackie bit her lip and reluctantly stood up and exited the room.
She stepped downstairs, checked for press, then went outside to pick up the newspaper.
She quickly grabbed it and closed the door before locking it.
She breathed a sigh of relief before looking over it, and sure enough on the front page of the newspaper read:
JACKIE KENNEDY PREGNANT, WHOSE IS IT?
Jackie rested her head on the door, took a deep breath and set it on the kitchen table, she didn't want to read the sick junk.
She decided to, instead check on Bella.
But first she needed corn... she really wanted corn...
