March 27, 1956

"Are you ready to go Bella?" Jack said to his daughter who he bounced up and down on his hip.

The only response he got was a babies gurgle-laugh.

"I'll take that as a yes." he said.

And with that he and his daughter went downstairs to meet Jackie and Ted.

"Everyone ready?" Jackie asked.

"Looks like it." Ted said.

"Ok then, well let's go." Jack said.

Jack, Jackie, and Ted had decided to go to the zoo, it wouldn't be tiring, and they could stop whenever, plus, Jack said,"I want to see if my daughter is like her mother or her father." which meant whether she took a strong or not so strong liking to animals, Jackie loved horses and most animals. Whereas Jack, he liked pets and everything fine, but he didn't go overboard.

Ted wasn't crazy about it but he was fine with it, he wanted to see the elephants really bad for some reason.

"Well what are we waiting for, the cab's here." Jack said.

And with that the party of four set off toward the cab, and towards what would be a well remembered day.

But not in a good way.
