April 2, 1956

Jackie looked around the room and spotted all the get well cards next to her bed, she also saw a box of chocalates that said From Jack on them.

"I missed Bella's first easter..." Jackie said in disbelief.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Kennedy." the nurse said, before she left the room.

"Wait!" Jackie cried, but the nurse was already gone.

Jackie began to cry.

Nothing but bad things had happened to her lately.

Just a few days ago Jack and Jackie were happy and ready for a great easter.

But now there wasn't even a easter for Jackie.

Jackie cried harder and brought her knees to her face.

Suddenly she felt warm arms wrap themselves around her.

Jackie cried into the source of the arms, Jack.

"Shh." Jack muttered, making circles on her back.

Jackie cried and cried and cried.

And the whole time Jack was there.

After she was done she looked up and saw him, looking down at her with relief, pity, and sadness himself.

"You're awake." he muttered, and wrapped his arms around her fully.

He pulled her close and kissed her head.

"I'm awake." Jackie muttered.
