Castle Dracula

We pulled into a driveway with a wrought iron gate. A big fence wrapped around the house. Iron and brick. The house was more like a castle. It had two big towers and large windows. Brick, like all castles but it didn't have a moat fitted with crocodiles!

"This is gorgeous but it needs a moat! Moats are cool!" I couldn't help but comment. This house looked like vampires should live in it.

Kai laughed and rolled down the window. "Are you guys okay?" He was asking the two men.

"You bring someone with you Kai?" One guard asked as he noticed me and looked deeper into the car. There were two men standing there, both armed.

"Gibbs, Ned and Gerald." Kai pushed a button on the pole and a man was talking.

"Is that you, Kai?" The voice in the speaker asked. He didn't sound surprised. They were expecting Kai at any time.

"Yes, Lars, it's Kai. Open the damn gate. I have a meeting!" Kai growled. He sounded so impatient. He never used that voice on me though and I melted. I knew that he would wait for me with endless patience.

"Hot!" I smiled as we made eye contact and he smirked. We pulled around a long drive to the front with big heavy double doors. "It looks like Dracula's castle, or what I imagined it would have looked like." Mostly I said that to myself.

Kai laughed. He was out of the car, disappeared and opened my door. I loved it when he moved that fast. I love it more that he felt so free to do that around me.

"Thanks, Kai." I smiled at his beautiful face as he helped me out of the car.

Kai touched my lips to his. "My pleasure." He purred. I had shivers and goosebumps everywhere. How did he purr like that?

"Glad those guards didn't shoot me on site!" I teased.

"They wouldn't dare. I would hate to kill them. I have known them a long time." Kai smiled. We walked to the crazy big doors.

"I think they were thinking about it." I joked.

Kai smiled at me. "They never would. They work for me."

"Come on! That is so hot!" I growled. "Just when I don't think you could get better!"

Kai laughed as the door opened. This door couldn't be opened by someone that was just human, it would take like six to ten regular people. It was heavy. My wolf could open but I doubt that I could. "The best is yet to come, if you like that. But I'm saving that for later." He winked.

A tall man opened the door and looked at me. "Sorry, Kai. The dog will have to go around back."

Kai hissed. Did he want to die?

I was going to say something about the hiss. It sounded like a snake, a very poisonous and dangerous snake but I looked up. Holy shit! It was the vampire Lurch! He was tall, thin and well, vampire Lurch. I wanted to see if he would say 'You rang' in a deep voice. I chuckled at my thoughts and then thought I would change this up.

"Hello. I'm Gibbs. If I wasn't so new I would be offended. I like long car rides, walks in the park and a closet full of old shoes that I can chew on. What's your name?" I smiled gently at the giant man.

The man smiled. "I'm Steve. I like you, Gibbs. Kai has no sense of humor." He opened the door wider. Good. I didn't want to walk around. He seemed unphased that Kai just hissed at him.

I almost laughed because Steve had a deep voice. Lurch. I wondered if he saw The Addams Family. "Thanks, Steve! I really didn't want to walk around to the back."
