Extremely Rare - Space, Time
Extremely Extremely Rare - Creation
In Gaia every person is born with at least one type of magic. Magic is not genetically inherited, but randomly selected.
It is very rare to be born with more than one magic ability. In Gaia's history, only one person had three different abilities.
How strong or weak you are in utilizing magic depends on skill.
