Hedone's POV

"O-Oww..." Itinukod ko ang aking magkabilang palad at dahan-dahang inangat ang aking katawan. "T-That hurt..."

I sat myself up in what seemed to be in the middle of darkness.

Hawak-hawak ang aking balakang, tumayo ako at pagkatapos ay nag-summon ng isang lantern sa ilalim ng kamay ko.

"Where am I..." Umikot-ikot ako sa kinatatayuan ko habang tinatapat ang liwanag sa kapaligiran ko. "Hello?"

"Hello?" My own voice answered back, as it continued to echo from a distance.

Arching my spine to summon my wings, I stopped after I didn't feel it behind me.

"What-" Confusion grew inside me as I turned to see no wings sprouting from my back. I just also realized that I was stuck in my mortal form. "What in the heavens..."

I tried to summon a portal in front of me but pink sparks only appeared for a few seconds before it fell on the ground.

Humigpit ang aking pagkakahawak sa lantern. "You dare imprison a goddess?!" The light started to glow bright in my hand. "Release me!"

"Release me..." My voice echoed like before. "Release... me..."

"At once!" naiinis kong sigaw.

"At... once..." Still, I didn't hear anything but my own voice.

Bitbit ang lantern, sinimulan ko nang tahakin ang matuwid na daan sa harap ko. Luminga-linga rin ako at nalamang pinagitnaan ako ng mga pader na gawa sa bato.

There's nothing but stone walls, I realized.

Tumingala ako at walang ibang nakita kundi kadiliman lang.

"Where in the heavens am I..." bulong ko sa sarili.

Kusa akong napatigil nang maalala ang mga huli kong sandali bago napadpad sa lugar na'to.

The television inside the Omega's dorm turned off... and so did the lights. There was complete darkness and I felt power enter the house. It was slow and steady, and silent. Too silent to be noticed by the others.

Kung saan-saan dumako ang aking mga mata.

The power didn't have any presence, like a trance... a trance that only a deity could detect as early as possible.

"I don't know which god or goddess you are," anunsyo ko sa kawalan. "But I am going to throw you into Tartarus once I get out of here."

"You hear me?!" nangangalit kong sabi. "I am going to kill you!"

"Kill.. you! kill you... kill... you-"

Nagpakawala ako ng matinis na sigaw pagkatapos marinig ang sarili kong boses. "I hate this!" Napapadyak ako. "I'm supposed to be with my boyfriend!"

Bago pa ako tuluyang mabaliw sa galit, maingay akong napabuntong-hininga at saka nagpatuloy sa paglalakad.

Along the way, I have also began naming the gods that I must have angered, or the goddesses that I fought with for the past few years.

"Curse you!" sigaw ko. "Whoever brought me here!"

"Why don't you come face me, instead? Huh?" Nilakasan ko ang aking boses. "Come right at me, you coward!"

Nagpakawala na naman ako ng isang mahaba at naiinis na tili. Umalingawngaw ito sa aking kapaligiran at matagal na naglaho pagka't umabot ito sa mas malayo.
