"Are you okay anak?"
Mom asked as she walks in my room. It's been a long time since I sat here on my bed.
"I'm not sure."
Sagot ko.
"You'll be fine, honey."
Sabi niya then hugged me.
I was fighting the urge to cry. Kasi wala naman akong karapatang umiyak.
"I'm so sorry anak, kung hindi ko lang pinilit si Luna na samahan ka at pumunta kayo doon siguro hindi mangyayari yun."

"Mom, it's not your fault. It's my fault. Masyado akong mahina."
Sabi ko.
"Then what are your plans now? Are you gonna talk to her?"
She asked.
"Honestly, I don't know... Natatakot akong harapin siya. Siguro it's best for us to be like this. Ayoko nang masaktan siya."
"If that's what you want honey. But please... Don't be too hard on yourself. Everyone makes mistake okay?"
"Alam na ni Athena na dumating ka na, she'll come over later."
Sabi niya bago ako tuluyang iniwan sa room ko.
She wasn't lying cause after an hour dumating na nga siya.
"How hard it is for you to let us know you're going home?"
She asked with arms crossed together.
"You'll find out anyway, and I wasn't wrong."
Sagot ko.
"Damn, bakit ka ba ganyan? Ever since we graduated it's like you forgot everything we've been through."
" I grew up."
I said.
"Grew up? If it's maturity you're talking, it's doesn't look like it!"
"Are you saying I'm immature?"
I asked.
"I'm saying you're stupid. You're whole life is a mess... And don't forget you cheated on someone. Ngayon mo sabihin na nagmature ka."
"Why did you even come here?"
"Duh, probably to make you feel more stupid."
Sagot niya which I didn't replied to. Ano pa bang sasabihin ko?
I have nothing.
"Pero kahit na ganyan ka, I still love you... I don't tolerate such doings pero di rin kita iiwan ng mag-isa, cause that's what friends do."

We reconciled that evening and the next morning niyaya niya akong imeet si Irene.
"Grabe, kahit sa lovelife parehas tayo ng ending. Friendship goals?"
Irene said sarcastically.
"Ang kaibahan lang siya yung may kasalanan."
Dagdag niya pa.
"Why did you two stopped talking anyway?"
I asked her.
"She wants us to be more than friends. How do I respond to that?"
"I mean pwede mo naman siyang ireject kung talagang ayaw mo."
