Dean had been sitting up all night, still researching for Amara, and to save Cass. Calliope had told him to come to bed a few times, and had even tried to persuade him to, but he wasn't going to budge. She knew it was real serious how much he wanted to focus on this when she came back to the library around midnight just wearing one of his shirts, unbuttoned and nothing else.
Once he did that, she knew he really wanted to focus on all this, and wanting to save their friend. Calliope headed back to their room, and got dressed. She came back up to the library, grabbed a book and started reading, "Hey, no, you don't have to do this, you need to get sleep" Dean says to her.
"Dean, this is important to you, and if you are turning down sex then it's really serious" she says to him. "I love you Callie" he says to her kissing the top of her head, as they continue reading.
Sam walks into the library in the morning with a bowl of cereal to see Dean still at the library table, reading, "Dude, you even move since last night?" Sam asks his brother. Dean then points to Calliope, telling Sam to keep quiet, "Sleeping is the new smoking" he then says to Sam. "What? No, it's not. It's sitting. Sitting is the new smoking" Sam says as he leans against the other table.
"That can't be right" Dean replies. "Dean, we'll find Cass, okay? He's stronger than he looks" Sam says. "You know, we gambled with Cass and now Amara has him" Dean says to him. "For a reason, which means he's still alive" Sam says.
"I've been with Amara. Her beef is with the big guys, with God, with Lucifer. The small fries, even an angel like Cass, doesn't even register. And if it meant hurting Lucifer, killing Cass would mean nothing to her" Dean says. "It's been a week, we've still got no leads" Sam says to him.

"You think I don't know that" Dean says as he gets up and goes over to the bookshelf. "So, so we get back out there. We get back to work, we keep moving, we keep working. We'll catch a break on Cass, we have to. It's karma" Sam says.
