Season 10 x 16

Calliope sat in the back of the Impala as they were headed to another case that Dean and Calliope had found, "All right, so I'm thinking, uh, curse, maybe" Dean says to Sam, who was not paying much attention.

"Sam, a little help here. I'm trying to stay busy. You know, eye on the ball, not on the Mark. This is a case till we know it's not" Dean tells him.
"Sure, yeah, you're right. Three suicides, two weeks" Sam says to his brother.
"They weren't suicides Sam, these people gutted themselves" Calliope says looking at the articles again.

"And they took their sweet time doing it. I mean, that had to be incredibly painful.  We can't seem to find any link between the vics either" Dean tells Sam.
"Yeah, maybe a curse" Sam comments, as Dean continues to head to the town.

Calliope, Sam and Dean leave the police station, "So, what do we got? Terry Sloan. Ordinary guy, not a lot of friends, but no known enemies. No relation to the other vics" Sam says to them.
"Not necessarily, he was Catholic and so are the other two." Calliope says to him.

"Callie, this is Massachusetts, there are a lot of Catholics in Massachusetts. You two think this is a case?" Sam says to her.
"Who kills himself with a candlestick? There's a billon better way." Dean says as they head toward the Impala.
"But he did kill himself" Sam says.

"So, he's not a witch. There was nothing hexy found on him.  Uh, possession? Could have been a demon"  Dean suggests.
"The point of demon possessing a living thing is to, you know possess a living thing" Sam says as they stand outside the Impala.

"Okay, agent. Why don't you get that phone back to the Bureau's crime lab... and get it hacked like you told those guys. And, uh, we'll figure out what's going on with Terry" Dean says to him.
"Probably nude selfies" Sam jokes.
"I'm feeling good about this" Dean says to Sam as they all get into the car, and Dean drives away.

The next day the three hunters get the call that there had been a murder in the town, a woman had killed her husband but didn't remember doing it. After discovering that they too were Catholic, the three of them decide to go to the church and speak with the Priest.

"I just can't believe Lisa McCarthy would murder her husband" the Priest says to them.
"Right, well, his blood was all over her body... and her prints were all over the pair of scissors that butchered him" Sam says.
"It's terrible" the Priest says quietly as they were in the sanctuary of the church.

"Now, we just have some questions. To begin she has no memory of it. The last thing she could remember was being here. Frank had gone to confession" Calliope says to him.
"So if he happened to say anything in the confession about, you know...maybe problems with the wife" Sam asks.

"I'm sorry, the nature of confession is confidential" the Priest says.
"We understand" Calliope says to him.
"Father, all of the victims attended your church. Could you at least tell us if they'd recently been to confession?" Dean asks.

"Yes, these men were fairly regular. But then, so are the majority of the folks here" he tells him.
"Father" a nun then comes over to them.
"Agents...Sister Mathias is our director of social services. I've asked her to show you around and answer any questions" the Priest says as he walks away.

"Sister" Dean says to her.
"Agents?" she asks.
"Allman. And this is Agent Betts and Oakley" Dean introduces them.
"Sister, you're aware of the recent string of deaths, right?" Sam asks her.

"Yes, a terrible tragedy. But I'm confused as to why you're here. These were all suicides, weren't they?" Sister Mathias asks them.
"Well, it's a possibility that they are not" Calliope tells her.
"Murders" she says.
"Well, the actual method of killing was all identical" Dean tells her.
