ELIJAH : he stays calm, he knows you would never do so, but he might ask about it. he wants to be certain, but he believes you could never hurt him like that.
KOL : he laughs, he is confident and knows you would never cheat on him. he thinks of him as better than any other guy, which is important to him and his confidence.
JEREMY : he breaks down, he cries and he's in panic and he begs for you to not leave him. even after you have told him you would never do that, he can't calm down.
KLAUS : he gets angry and drowns his pain into drinks and hurts people to pour out some rage. it takes him some time to ask you about it, but stays calm with you.
DAMON : he gets emotional, he locks himself into a room and cries until he gets the courage to ask you. he feels so glad and relieved when you tell him you haven't.
KAI : he suffocates you into a corner and fires you with questions, and you end up having steamy, rough sex to make things up between you two.
STEFAN : he immediately asks you about it, and is prepared for the worst. when you tell him the truth, and promise you haven't cheated, he hugs you tightly and might cry a little.
