This isn't a regular story based on the TV show The Vampire Diaries. Caroline from the year 2018 and her 4 years old fraternal twins siphoner daughters find themselves into the past. They send themselves into the past as siphoner daughters were playing with Silas talisman which was a time turner too. Future Caroline gets shocked to see the people from her past and they get shocked to see Caroline so mature and badass mother of twin daughters. Damon yells over the loud cries of the baby in his arms. Damon stops yelling the shock to great. He hears the midwife's declare her dead, the blood loss to severe.
