Two.
It took two seconds...
Two miserable seconds in high school to make me want to run the other way and never come back. If this way hell then I swore with every fiber in my being that I would be good so I wouldn't have to come back to this hell on earth.
Squeals...
Squeals everywhere...
Oh god the squeals......
You couldn't escape them. As soon as I had stepped out of Lilly's truck with Nathan and her gang, heads turned. My first thought was her, if they stared, oooh'd and aahhh'd it had to be because of her.
I was mistaken or at least partially so.
"Relax, You're handsome and a lot of this girls will go all fan girl over you. You'd think they hadn't seen a boy before."
Lilly's voice made Nathan growl with jealousy and I sighed.
Cursed blonde locks, icicle blue eyes, golden skin, and perfect body. Cursed perfection.
"Yummy! You want some fries with that shake?"
A nearby group of girls burst into laughter and I had to be restrained by both Lilly and Nathan before I ripped their tongues out.
I hated this already.
"So the office first for your 'miraculous' schedule, huh?"
"Yes..." My reply came through gritted teeth, low and fierce.
"Look, they're human. Remember that HUMAN and you can't keep going around trying to kill every single person that crosses your path. You have to learn to deal with it as another part of your visit."
Her voice was barely above a whisper so that only I would hear it.
"I know, dam it!"
Another low growl.
The beginning of the day and already my patience was at its limits.
"Let's just get this over with, alright?"
They nodded as we made our way to the offices for all my paper work.
Five minutes later everything was settled and Lilly was.... upset?
"Are you serious? My same exact schedule young Mr. Wolf? Are you stalking me, now?"
She snorted, "Krystopher Wolf? Wow."
