(>.<) I fucking love you guys. Literally 3 people irl know about this because:
- I have to keep it from my family to avoid embarrassment on my part lmaoooo. My sisters know I have Wattpad but they don't know I write
Also I got bullied pretty badly at school and have social issues in my adult life now, so when I read  your comments, requests and generally make you guys happy it makes me feel so special and I truly hope my stories bring joy into your lives ❤💕

Onto the story: DIO, S/O and Giorno live in Italy, part 5 progresses as normal except his mother was killed. Also, DIO and S/O have recently found out that Jotaro survived Part 3 and is sniffing around their son, but Joseph and Polnareff didn't. There is also of course Josuke and Jolyne, who they don't know about.

DIO would definitely live somewhere like Maschio Angiono!

I tried to keep him in character as much as possible, especially at the end. There shouldn't be any spoilers here at all.

You were sat beside your lover, standing by as he spoke to one of his lackeys from his throne. One of his businesses here in Italy, where you had relocated after the defeat of the Joestars, was dwindling, and needed a slight boost (or scolding, which is what this was becoming) from his truly.
DIO wasted no time in punishing the man, threatening his family amongst other valuables. Of course, he took it like a champ in front of his master. The verbal attack was long and drawn out, verging on boring if it wasn't for the man's smooth, silky voice. He babbled, desperate to leave the fanged male's presence.
"Forgive me, my Lord. I will see to it that-"
His sentence was cut short prematurely. A hand gesture ordered him to stop. You looked up from your lap, focusing on the noise in the distance. You could hear it too. Oh no.
"Be quiet... What is that?" Joyous voices from outside pricked up the vampires ears, his hearing picking up a loud, echoing sound. The underling could just about make out what sounded like singing, coming from the streets outside. Amber eyes settling on the other man, a shiver went down the employees spine, his blood running cold under the vampire's cold stare. "Do you hear it? That noise?"
To avoid your lover losing his temper with the human, you answered him.
"They're carolling outside, my Darling."
"They're... Carolling?"
Leaving your seat with a sigh, your hips swayed like a sensual pendulum as you approached the subordinate. He had a stand, like the others, plus, he had proved he was competent, so keeping him here any longer was just proving dull and stupid. "You're free to leave. Go."
Scrambling, he bent over with gratitude before leaving hastily.
"Thank you so much, y-your uh... Uhm-!"
"Leave it. Just, don't disappoint my dearest anymore, will you? It's christmas after all, isnt it?"
Folding your arms as the minion left, you were met with but an edged smirk from your lover. He couldn't even bring himself to look at you fully, having been undermined by a woman. However, since it was you, he supposed that even he, DIO, could look past it this time. You seemed rather disentranced, having to deliver such information to the blonde man.

Christmastime for DIO as a child had planted a horrific anger inside of him. A time when families were supposed to come together, it always ended up an absolute shit show for him, in the slums of London. His male parental figure would always drink himself half to death, worse than usual, beating his poor mother or worrying her sick over his health, when she was alive. His mother tried so hard to make the end of the year festive for DIO, but of course it didn't work that way, being poor and all. It truly pissed him off, rich folk enjoying roasted bird and cavorting by warm fireplaces whilst the destitute were left to rot; in their wet squalor.
The sound of carollers filling the streets, celebrating such a pathetic and segregating holiday.
As an orphan, that oriental master of yours, too, Wang Chan, pissed him right off. Bastard, he was. You were lucky if you weren't put to work on Christmas day! It boiled the vampires blood, how you had been treated so cruelly, the Asians misdeeds on DIO's mind more so after relocating to Surrey, with the Joestars. Well, all until the fateful evening he had subjected you to the mask's powers, Christmas of 1888, funnily enough. You had been invited to the mansion for a couple of days in order to receive Lord Joestar's 'blessing', as well as meet your future father in law.
Turning you into a creature of the night was the best thing he could have done. The real reason he had proposed to you was for the control element. You no longer had to suffer at the hands of your guardian, or anybody else, for that matter, if you were betrothed to DIO. You were now the beautiful product of Jonathan's detailed research, and DIO's actions, something he genuinely admired his brother for. It was his way of protecting you since, he couldn't protect his mother. His poor, sweet mother.
