Yoon-gi opens a bedroom window. A young man is passing in the courtyard. He is a servant in Blue Stork Inn.
"Jimin, bring me something to eat," orders Yoon-gi.
"Yes, general."
Park Jimin, the servant has gone to the kitchen to get his breakfast. He enters Yoon-gi's bedroom few minutes later.
"We got tasty dumplings, general. Some kimbap."
Jimin serves the food on the table.
Yoon-gi is bored to death. He is supposed to be injured. He couldn't practice martial arts. Doing calligraphy is boring after few hours.
Jimin stares the paper with awe.
Yoon-gi asks, "You could read it?"
"No. I couldn't read or write."
"You want to learn?"
Jimin stares him with widened eyes.
"Really?"
"Sure. I could teach you."
Jimin bows deeply to Yoon-gi.
He says, "General, please teach me."
"I will teach you how to fight too."
"General, thank you. Thank you."
Jimin gives him a good hug. Yoon-gi caresses his head. It's rare for someone to like him. People usually despise him.
Someone outside is calling for Jimin. The servant quickly leaves.
Yoon-gi says, "Come here during your spare times."
"Yes, general. Thanks a lot."
Yoon-gi nods his head. This guy is a cheerful fellow. He is quite smart for an ex street rat.
I need my eyes and ears in here. No one would suspect a servant. It's mutual symbiosis.
Yoon-gi yawns. His troops would have walked few miles from the capital.
Suddenly someone barges into the room.
Tae yells worriedly, "Hyung! You got hurt?"
He strides into the bedroom.
Yoon-gi only says, "Yeah, I broke my leg."
"I'll call the best palace doctor now."
"No need. Only time shall heal a broken leg."
"Oh, Hyung..."
Tae sits on a chair next to him. He looks very worried for him.
Yoon-gi rubs his head.
He scolds, "You shouldn't come here."
"You got injured. I have to visit you."
"Where's Nam Joon?"
"Outside. I couldn't shake him off that easily."
"He guards your life. Don't go anywhere without the palace guards."
