Jack's POV

"We need to find shelter" I said.

It was beginning to get dark and we barely started to find our way.

I looked back at Elsa. She was just staring at me, her expression filled with confusion.

"Hey? What's wrong?" I asked.

"Why? Why did you save me?"

Elsa's POV

Jack stared into my eyes.

He grabbed my hand and held it between us.

His pinky wrapped around my mine and he raised our hands to eye level.

"I made a promise. And I plan on keeping it"

Tears began to fill my eyes.

I could feel myself changing. But not in an angry way. Not into a monster.

More like broken glass. There were 2 sides to my mind. Hatred and Despair.

Hatred made my eyes turn into that deep shade of electric blue.

But despair made my eyes turn into a deep shade of turquoise.

Jack wasn't afraid though. He stayed there. Not knowing that I wasn't turning into a monster.

He kept holding my hand.

I'm still afraid to trust him. I just can't seem to let go of the past.

But my mind was taking over me. Despair filling my soul.

Jack wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a hug.

What if he's just faking all of this? Was he just pulling a sick prank to expose me. To break me even more than he already has.

Or maybe.

Maybe my Jack was back.

I pulled away from the hug.

"We should start making the shelter. I'll go collect some fire wood" I said.

Jack nodded

"Be careful".

----------------------------------------------

I walked through the trees, leaves crackling beneath me.

I picked up a large dried log and began to walk back.

I heard something hit the ground.

Running, I made my way back to Jack.

He had dropped a peice of wood and was standing as still as a statue.

His mouth was wide open and so were his eyes.

"Jack. What's wrong" I asked slowly.

"Don't. Move." He said

I saw what he was looking at.

A large pack of wolves stood, growling and baring their teeth.

This is hilarious!

I let out a small laugh.

"What the hell are you laughing about!" Jack whispered angrily.

I began to walk towards the wolves.

"Elsa! Are you crazy?! Get back here!"

I continued to walk.

I kneeled down in front of the pack of wolves.

They all looked me wearily in the eyes.

They stopped baring their teeth and growling.

It's good to know they still recognize me.

Jack's POV

WHAT WAS ELSA DOING!

Her and the wolves looked like they were having a staring contest. They stopped growling and baring their teeth, as if they softened up after seeing her.

Elsa laughed a bit.

The wolves immediately came up to her and began to cuddle her arms.

Elsa brushed her fingers through their fur as one licked her face.

I was shocked.

Why didn't the wolves attack Elsa?

"H-How are you doing that?!" I asked

Elsa turned with her arm around one of the wolves.

"They're old friends. And your not supposed to show fear when you see them. And you were like a scared little girl" Elsa laughed out.

"I-I WAS NOT!"

Elsa continued to laugh.

"So how the heck did you become friends with wolves?" I asked

Elsa let out a small smile.

"One time Mark, Anna, and I got separated and I was lost deep in the woods. Then I found these guys. They kind of accepted me into their clan thing"

Wow.

Elsa stood up and picked up the wood that I dropped and threw it into the pile.

"So what are we gonna do with them" I said pointing to the wolves.

"They'll protect us from danger or at least warn us if something's nearby".

Well that's good.

Elsa grabbed 2 rocks and began to slam them against each other, creating a spark.

Flames erupted onto the wood.

"Where will we sleep?" I asked.

Elsa picked up a log and threw it on the ground.

"Say hello to your new pillow Frost" She said with a smirk.

"I'm supposed to sleep on that. I don't even have a blanket!"

"Well maybe you should've thought of that before you jumped off a bridge! Deal with it Frost. Now go to bed, I'm tired as heck and it's been a long day"

This is what I get for saving her life.

Elsa layers down on the ground, not even bothering to use a log and fell asleep.

I guess I should do the same.

I noticed the wolves had formed a protective circle around us, waiting to see if danger was nearby.

There was still so much I didn't know about Elsa.

I laid my head on the uncomfortable log and closed my eyes.

I didn't realize how tired I was. I put my hand over my lips, remembering what happened earlier. I felt my cheeks burning.

Why did Elsa make me feel like this!

I pushed all the thoughts out of my mind and closed my eyes.

A/N so sorry for the crappy chapter. I've been a little lost transitioning from point to point. But I can handle it. So Elsa's friends with wolves. There was some more jelsa fluff, finally. And the next chapter will be Jack's dream. You'll find out how Elsa got lost with Mark and Anna later. But for now, we must wait!

Thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed!

*throws waffles at the audience*

And I'm trying my best to make my chapters longer without giving away too much. It's kinda difficult but I'm trying.

Oh and excuse my silly grammar mistakes. I kind of want to call them graham crackers. Yeah. Let's do that. Because I can't say grammar without thinking of cookies. Oh crap now I can smell them! This is freaky. There aren't even any graham crackers around!
