"Mommy?" Kaia questioned leaning over so she could speak to Demi who leaned over too so she could hear what he daughter had to say. She could see how much her twins looked like her but she too could see a couple of Joe's features in them too like their eyes and they had his grin as well. She couldn't believe she missed so much of their lives but she could only blame herself for that and was surprised Joe still didn't blame her.

"Yes?" Demi inquired a smile plastered on her face as Kaia leaned in to whisper in her ear.

"Your pretty." Kaia leaned back laying her head down on her father's shoulder but Demi couldn't help but smile more as Cai reached out for her Joe passing her over keeping Kaia on his left hip. He knew that they would react kindly to Demi, they were just happy to be in a good home with their real parents. He too had a smile plastered on his face as he watched Demi with their son for the first time. He didn't care what she said, she was going to be a good mom.

"Oh they there are!" Willa exclaimed as she entered the room.

"Demi this is my best friend Willa, Willa this is Demi." Joe introduced setting Kaia back down on the ground but took her hand as she reached back up for him. (Willa Holland)

"Demi as in the Demi?" Willa inquired.

"You've spoke about me before?" Demi questioned looking up at Joe watching as his cheeks heated up slightly. She couldn't help but wondered what he had said about her.

"Um yeah I have to get ready for work." Joe rushed off leaving Willa shaking her head gently taking Kaia up in her arms knowing that she was getting a little bored unlike her brother who was enjoying cuddles with his mom.

"How much has Joe told you?" Demi questioned biting her lip gently.

"Everything but don't worry about it, I'm not one to judge people. If Joe has forgiven you I don't see why I shouldn't," Willa stated rubbing her arm gently. Demi smiled as she thanked her. "You should probably get them amused, Kaia is getting bored."

Demi set the twins up on doing some crafts planning to do something with them rather than just watching telly and ignoring them. She wanted to have a proper relationship with them and not one where she barely knew them. She wanted to prove to everyone that she could be a mother and most importantly to her.

"Mommy when is your birthday?" Cai inquired wanting to get to know his mother a little more, Demi smiled handing him a stick of glue so he could glue some gems onto his card he was making for Willa's birthday like he had requested.

"August seventh, same day as Daddy's." Demi answered.

"You were born on the same day like me and Cai?" Kaia inquired too Demi nodding her head gently handing her a different glue stick from the box that they had brought from Brad and Mandy's house with them. Joe was slowly getting his own belongings for them though.

"Yes we were but we have different parents." Demi replied.

"Do you love daddy ?" Cai questioned, she knew she would be getting plenty of questions from the twins but she didn't mind, as long as they weren't not talking to her. They seemed to like her so far so she was glad of that.

"Me and daddy are just friends for now." She responded, she was never ruling out not dating Joe again if that was something they would both want. He was a good guy and if he was willing to forgive her for everything that had happened then she couldn't see why they wouldn't if they both still had feelings for one another. If they both wanted to be in Cai and Kaia's life then they would forever be connected in some way. She couldn't deny the feelings she was starting to feel for the guy, whether he wanted to put up with her again she didn't know.
