"Nick, your hair is just too perfect. I can't resist messing it up!"

I smile. "Babe, you know how much I love my hair. But I can't help but laugh when you do that."

"It's my way of showing you how much I adore you. Plus, messy hair suits you!"

I say pretending to be offended. "Oh really? Messy hair suits me? Well, maybe I should mess up your hair too!"

Y/n laughs. "Go ahead, give it a try. But be warned, I might like it!"

I run my fingers through Y/n's hair. "Look at that! Now you have the perfect bedhead look." I laugh.

Y/n laughs too and fixes her hair. "Well, maybe it's not so bad after all. But nothing beats your adorable messy hair."

I pull Y/n closer and whispers. "You know what else I love about you? Your ability to make even the simplest moments so much fun."

Y/n blushes. "And you know what I love about you? Your contagious laughter and how it brightens up my day."

"We're quite the pair, aren't we?"

"Absolutely. Messy hair and all, we're perfect for each other."
