You open the door.
Max: Are you ready to go?
Yn: Yeah, let's go.
You get in Maxs' car. After a quick drive he parks the car and opens the door.
Yn: No way, we're going karting?
Max smiles: We are.
Yn: That's amazing! It has been ages.
Max: Bet you can't beat me.
Yn: Bet accepted. We all know I'm better, you're way too used to your fancy formula one car.
Max laughs: We'll see about that.
Of course you win and beat Max.
Yn: I told you I'm better!
You and Max hug.
Max: I let you win, can't beat a girl you're trying to impress.
You fall silent, not knowing what to say.
Yn: I'm kinda tired though, let's head back.
Max drives you back to your hotel.
Max: Did you have a good time?
Yn: It was amazing, thank you Max.
Max: I'm glad you liked it. I'll walk you to your room.
Yn: Can I ask you something first?
Max: Yeah sure, what's up?
Yn: Why did you have my phone that long? I've missed it multiple days.
Max falls silent and looks outside the car window.
Yn: Max, talk to me. It's me you're dealing with.
Max: Do you remember that I drove you to your hotel before the drivers dinner?
Yn: Yes I do.
Max: You left your phone in my car, I found it the day after the drivers dinner. Later that day I returned it to you.
Yn: But you still had my phone the whole day, why?
Max sighs: To be honest, I wanted to check your phone to see how close you and Lando are.
Yn: Max, why didn't you just ask me?
Max: I don't know, I chickened out I guess.
Yn: You should have asked me, and not search my phone.
Max: I know, real stupid of me. I am sorry. I get now there's nothing going on between you and Lando.
You think: Shit, ofcourse Max would think there is nothing going on. You and Lando almost never text or call, let alone intimately.
Yn: Yeah... just don't invade my privacy next time, okay?
Max: I won't, promis.
Max walks you to your hotel room.
You and Max are at your hotel door when the door next to yours opens.
Lando walks into the hallway, he looks confused at you and Max.
Lando: Yn, Max?
Max: I should get going, I also had an amazing time.
Max walks away, you can't tear your eyes from Lando.
