Lexis POV
"RJ?!" I yell
"Yeah, we didn't know he ever donated his sperm," Toni says
"Oh. Does he know?"
"Yeah, he does,"
"Oh,"
"I thought you'd be more upset,"
"I have 2 moms, I don't need a dad," i say with a small smile "and he has no more obligation in my life than usual. I'm not worried,"
"Good, now I'll drop you off at the hospital,"
We stop and get a small bear and flowers and I go up to the room number Reggie texted me.
Oh he's.. not awake.
"Is someone there?" He groans Waking up
"Hey baby," I say coming in
"Lex!" He smiles "Reggie said you were coming in,"
I kiss him and smile
"Thank you for helping me, for saving me,"
"My pleasure Topaz,"
"I uh got you this," I say with a small smile
"I love it, thank you,"
I lay on top of him and he wraps his arms around me.
"I found out who my sperm donor was," I sigh
"Oh?"
"RJ,"
"As in your uncle?"
"Yeah,"
"How do you feel about that?"
"I don't care, I have two awesome parents and he's my uncle. Nothin more,"
"That's good,"
"How are you feeling?" I ask
"Okay, just tired,"
"Oh, I can head out.."
"Don't," he says "please,"
"Okay I won't,"
"It scared me, a lot," he admits
"Me too,"
I am close to falling asleep when he jerks up a bit
"Babe?"
"I thought you left," he says rubbing my arm
"Get some sleep, I'll be here. I promise,"
"Good, good,"
I move so I'm more on top of him and fall back asleep.
...
I wake up to someone shaking me a bit.
"Hey honey, you need to take your meds and come home for dinner," Toni says
"But I told Huds I wouldn't leave while he slept,"
"He's coming home with us, his parents got stuck in Hawaii because of the storms, I'll be in the car out front okay?"
I nod and she leaves
"Hudson," I whisper
"Is she back?" He says jerking up
"Hudson we're okay, you're safe,"
He nods and I stand up
"You're coming home with me, your parents were stuck in Hawaii,"
"Yeah okay,"
I help him up and he changes and we go down
"Hey Hudson," my mom says
"H-hi Mrs Topaz,"
"How are you feeling?"
"Okay," he shrugs "Thank you for letting me stay with you,"
"Anytime Hudson,"
He nods and gets in the back.
We drive home and he's really quiet.
"I got your bags already Hudson and if you wanna sleep alone we have room but if you feel better with Lexi you're more than welcome,"
"Oh... I wouldn't want to overstep,"
"It doesn't matter either way,"
"I really don't want to be alone,"
"That's totally fine,"
We go inside and up to my room.
I feel so bad for him, he's so jumpy and nervous.
"Do you mind if I call my mom? I didn't get to talk to her much at the hospital,"
"Call her, I'll be downstairs okay?"
He nods and I kiss his cheek and leave.
"How's Hudson?" Cheryl asks as I go inside
"He's.. shaken up, pretty badly," I sigh "very scared,"
"Do you wanna talk?"
"I was scared, but I knew once monday came someone would find us. Then she came in what must've been Sunday and true to hurt me and Hudson got in the way, just fought back and she left and he had a seizure and..."
I start bawling and she hugs me
"He never woke back up," I sob "and I thought he was dead, and I was petrified,"
"Oh baby," she says "I know it's so hard,"
We talk for a half hour before Hudson comes down
"Oh, I'm sorry,"
"Don't be Huds, it's okay. We were just talking,"
I hope he'll get better soon. It's in my genes to handle this stuff, but.. I don't know
