Chapter 64- Leave him alone
'Seo hyun ah, I gotta leave now. See ya later!'
Ellena turned to her new friend who looked quite shock with Joon presence, though he left to the car at the corner.
'Er.. Is he your husband?' Seo hyun scowled as the male's voice she heard was far different from this look. He looked scary and not that playful according to what she'd predicted from the voice.
'Nope, just my friend. We have something to discuss. Anyway, does Ken come to pick you up?'
-shake head-
'I'll hail a cab. So Imma leave now, see ya soon, dear'
Seo hyun gave Ellena a weak smile and waved her goodbye. Ellena watched that small back with her lowered shoulder in mixed expression.
'Seo hyun ah!' She yelled at her friend who was reaching the accessories shop. Seo hyun turned around and gave Ellena a question mark.
'Let's shop again tomorrow at the supermarket! I wanna cook suki soup~'
'Ne!' Seo hyun smiled and quick nodded her head.
Ellena looked close into those big black eyes, she found loneliness.
'Er, Seo hyun ah! You free this evening?'
Seo hyun paused for a second before gave Ellena a yes answer. Barbie was sleeping at her grandparents' house today so she could join Ellena, perhaps.
Ken had never arrived for dinner. She just ate with Barbie everyday and she was getting used to it now. He only came in the morning.
They were a legal spouse but the feel and distance was worse than acquaintance.
'Okay, let's have a small friend's party tonight. I'll call Ken to stop by~ It'll be fun hihhihi'
Ellena giggled, tried to cheer Seo hyun up. Somehow, her face was still gloomy.
'I'm afraid he cannot come..'
Seo hyun lowered her face and stared at her feet.
'Nah, he will! If he refuses, I'll use my crazy husband to drag his neck from his working place! Leo is Ken's bully, remember?'
Ellena joked around and it worked. Seo hyun beamed and hugged Ellena.
'Thank you, Ellena!'
'No problem! You're my friend's wife and my husband's friend's wife. Ashh, I'm confused. In short, you're my friend! And friends should help one another.'
Ellena cuddled back and pretended not to see Seo hyun's tear.
'Alright, will meet at three this evening at my apartment, okay? I'll come to pick you. I believe your cook is amazing that will fly me to the sky and Ken as well~'
She patted Seo hyun's back and walked her to the taxi.
Ellena sighed as soon as she turned back. She clenched her fists in fear and anger before headed to that black car.
-knock knock knock-
Ellena tapped the driver's mirror in a firm expression.
'Let's sit in the café shop.'
She stepped backward and waited for Joon to climb down. But he just stayed still.
Ellena didn't want to talk much with this guy since that incident. Her trust was ruined and everything just jumped to a minus zero.
Whatever, she could not escape him. There was a suffocating bar deprived her will and freedom. He was like a king who sat on the throne and threw her a death punishment.
'So you have a right to tell me what to do and not?'
Joon smirked and stared at her in a no-expression way. Ellena was smothered with that sentence. She kept silence and gazed down her feet.
'Be fast! There are many things you need to see!' Joon urged and pointed her the seat next to him. There was hesitation in Ellena's eyes.
'C'mon or you'll regret for missing these fantastic events.'
The cold air dashed in her spine. Ellena trembled with fear. Still, she had no choice but followed him. His devilish smirk at the moment shook her courage away.

Ellena stared at the latest smart phone on her lap puzzlingly. She got it as soon as finished tighten the seatbelt.
'Check the video application and you'll see it in a first row.'
Joon expressed a cold tone and started up the machine. He face was so serious at this second.
'H-h-Haru!!!'
Ellena's voice cracked in a stupor. Immediately, the phone fell off her small palm. She stared at Joon in disbelief.
Her body began shivering and her eyes rolled in fear. The tear brimmed over.
'Jo-Joon! Wh-what's this? What-what're you doing to my son and friend?'
Ellena gasped weakly as she saw Haru and Amy were kept in one closed room. They lied asleep on the bed and there were black suit guards standing like a statue next to them.
'That's my question. What're you trying to do, Ellena?'
Ellena kept quiet with this monotone. She held her hands shiveringly.
'You wanna ditch me again, don't you?'
Joon sped up which even suffocated Ellena more.
'Sorry then! Fortunately, I called Kris and he got no idea of his nephew being with him. Huh'
Joon scoffed and glanced at her.
'I've given you so much time to mess around, haven't I? So..'
He touched the brake when they arrived the destination.
'...........'
'I bet it's time to end this summer break.'
With his cold tone, Joon pulled Ellena out and gripped her waist close to him, though she fought to release so hard.
'Don't play hard to get with me, Ellena!'
Joon whispered and quick walked them inside that giant building.
'Why are you bringing me here, Joon?'
Ellena asked out as they were in an elevator. Her eyebrows tied with the disapproval of that big hand curling her ponytail.
'Aren't you familiar with this company, Ellena?'
Joon smirked and opened them one of the high-toned doors in this 25th floor. He pushed her to sit on a couch at the central then squeezed in.
In front of them was a huge screen or kind of a hidden mirror which you could see the ahead room's activity but the other side could not.
Meanwhile, that neighbor room was like holding a meeting. There had an LCD and presentation slide on the big white board.
A long well- designed table sat around twenty middle-aged men and women whose faces were against another.
'Op-oppa'
Ellena murmured when her eyes caught a tall figure in a pale blue shirt, walked to the projector. He looked nervous with his hands flipped the papers back and forth.
She had a glance over Joon and he was tapping the coffee table with his eyes concentrated on the mirror.
There was an evil smirk at his lip's corner. Ellena scowled as she felt something scary gonna dash into her again.
'Your paramour looks great. I should not have underestimated him, huh'
Joon scoffed and turned to Ellena. He rubbed his newly wound at the left lip. It scabbed; somewhat the cut was quite big.
Ellena gripped her fingers tightly the moment she noticed some small bruises on Joon's face.
She immediately turned to Leo and her fear increased. She could not find her breath right now.
'Do you think he's a matched rival?'
Ellena stayed mute. She didn't dare to hear the answer. She clenched her fists as the fingers were shaking.
There, with his calm face, Leo was presenting his project to those board directors and shareholders. They were focusing on him, taking note and raising some questions.
Ellena could not help but falling into his sweet trap. She had never known her crazy husband possessed this formal look and proper behavior. It was a new feeling and the compliment ran in her head.
Admittedly, he was freaking cool right now! Just like those business men on the magazine's cover.
Aww, her heart skipped a beat with his serious face. He was like Mr. Cool! The spotlight was on him! Just like he was eating a lamp, his body sparkled.
It was okay to fan girl over your husband, right?
She really wanted to scream out loud at this second!! He was amazing!!! >0<

Ellena quickly sat straight when the nearby person got a sore throat. She threw the cushion away as it went crumpled from her yell's retention.
'Ahem ahem ahem'
She cleared her throat and gave Joon an awkward smile as he was staring at her. An are-you-okay look was on his face.
Back to the meeting room, the presentation was ended and the whole room burst out applause.

Joon gazed at the small figure, acting weird at the moment with her hands joined and said something he couldn't get, but ended up giggling.
(A/N: She's not crazy. During pregnancy, the emotions of woman change. She can be too aggressive or hyper, but mostly the bad mood occurs in this stage)
The whole room remained silent as they were waiting for the election. Ellena squinted at the tall figure who was sitting at the edge of the table with his hands gripped on his lap.
Fighting, oppa!!
Ellena whispered the flash he turned this way. She giggled when his eyebrows tied with the match of their eyes.
Whatever, he could not see her. Perhaps, he was staring at one of the board directors.
She pouted and leaned over the couch disappointedly. She wanted to hug him so bad and told him he did a good job. Her jagi(honey) was the best! 10 out of 10!
Just then, she realized Joon was not here!
Oh gosh!! Where was he?
Ellena scanned around and bingo!!
There, that scary face was sitting at the top chair. His back was against her! Oh mo!! Wasn't he the thing Leo glowered at earlier?
But what was Joon doing there? Why was he able to sit in this meeting?
Ellena frowned when the board directors whispered something to Joon. They gazed at Leo and whispered again.
She gasped weakly, remembering Joon had invested in many businesses, so did Kris.
Oh gosh!! So this company's stocks were also owned by Joon?
She even inhaled difficulty when there was a pause for the evaluation of the selection candidates.
Oh my!! What should I do?!! Leo's position is in danger!!
Ellena stood up and knocked the mirror many time as Joon was facing this side. He smirked, an devilish one. Joon said something to the old man before left the room.

Ellena immediately ran to that tall guy as the door was closed and shook his sleeve.
'What do you want, Joon!! What do you want!!??'
Her voice cracked and tear started rolling down, spotting Leo's gloomy face.
She turned back to Joon and yelled out loud.
'Please tell me now!!!'
That big hand cupped her chin and spelled a curse.
'Pack your clothes. I'll pick you up this Sunday by the time my work will be done and we'll fly back to France. Our marriage is shortened to next week.'
Ellena lost her words. Those big brown eyes looked through that fierce gaze. Finally, her sweet voice muttered in a weak tone.
'I.. I will.. Please leave him alone.'
'............'
'Please leave them alone.'

'Ouch'
Ellena quickly suck her finger as the blood came out.
'Ellena, Are you okay?'
A sweet low voice asked out with her hand checking Ellena's finger. She walked her to the sink and cleaned Ellena's wound in a minute.
'I'm okay, Seo hyun!'
'Really? But why are you crying?'
Ellena immediately touched her watering cheeks with her friend's exclamation.
'I'm peeling and slicing five onions, you want me to laugh out loud?'
'Oh, sorry. But peeling an onion cry people this much?'
Seo hyun watched her friend wiping off the flood of tear puzzlingly. Ellena didn't reply her but walked to the living room.
'Sorry, dear! It's so hot here. I'll be back.'
Ellena excused and left the kitchen. With her red eyes and nose, she opened the bedroom's door and dived deep the mattress. The painful whine released as soon as she buried her face in the pillow.
Ellena gasped and struck the bed with all her strength.
Why did her happiness come to a full stop?
Why did the time pass this fast?
Why? Just tell her why??!!
There were many people out there and why it was her?
Why did life often throw her lemon? Where should she throw it to? Where? Please tell her where..
Ellena flew the pillows away and stomped her feet.
She sobbed inconsolably and fell on the bed.
Like a shot, she stopped all her action as her fingers accidentally touched the tummy. She stroked it lightly and a warm smile let out. Later on, those big brown eyes swam in tear again.
She smiled.. She cried.. She back to smiled.. And back to whine again..
The action repeated with her hands continued rubbing that flat belly.
'Sweetie, what should Mama do? Your Papa and brother are now in danger..'
The crystals rolling down her eye tails. She grabbed her smart phone and locked the screen.
'Haru...'
The reddish lip kissed the screen with her closed eyes.
'Amy.. Sorry..'
Ellena could not help but cried out loud, realizing because of her many people's life were in risk.
Because of her..her lovely people could not live happily..
She was a witch..
