Lexis pov
I walk out of the courtroom and see my moms
Toni hugs me right away and kisses the side of my head
"You did amazing babygirl,"
"Thanks Mama,"
Toni takes Mateo and KC home and I volunteer to pick dinner up with Cheryl.
"You made your mom cry today, Yknow that?"
"Why?"
"She's always been a little.. insecure about being a mom. Seeing you so grown up, and advocate for her- it was special for her,"
"I love you mom,"
"I love you too Lexi,"
We pick the food up and I see a man that's vaguely familiar

Cheryls POV
Lexi starts seizing as we were walking out with the food.
"Oh my god," I scream trying to stabilize her
"Mrs. Topaz?" Hudson asks kneeling down "it's so nice to see you again,"
That's weirder than the seizure
"Hudson.."
"She's okay," he whispers "Yknow someone's following you?"
I look at him confused and Alex stops seizing and starts coughing.
"Lex, it's me- you're okay," I say as she opens your eyes
"Mom he's back," she says "he's back he's over there,"
Hudson stands up and looks around the corner
"Hudson, don't it's okay,"
"No it isn't,"
He takes a step towards the man before the man walks towards us.
"Who are you?" The man asks
"None of your business, but if you don't leave them alone- I'll make you,"
"What are you? 15- get a life kid,"
Hudson shoves him literally to the ground
"Leave them alone,"
"I'm not doing anything son,"
They have a stare down and he tries to walk towards me and Lexi- whos still trying to wake up
Hudson grabs his arm
"Leave," he demands "now?"
"I can help the girl on the ground,"
"No, she's fine. I've seen you following her and her family," he says "you should leave,"
The guy turns around and leaves
"He's been following Lex," Hudson says "everyday I see him after school and when we go to pick up KC,"
"I know, he was following me the day of the accident," I say "thank you for doing that, but don't let him hurt you,"
"I won't,"
"Mom.." Lexi groans
"Everything hurts,"
"Oh baby, I know," I say helping her sit up "just stress,"
"I hate this mom,"
"I know. Hudson's here,"
"Hey baby, what are you doing?" She asks
"I was coming to grab dinner," he says sitting beside her "how are you feeling?"
"It hurts,"
He gives her a small smile and kisses her cheek.
"I used to use ice, on my legs and arms. It helped,"
"Wait Huds, are your parents still out of town?" She asks
"TIL next week," he says
"Mom.."
"Hudson you're welcome to come over for dinner,"
"Oh it's okay, I know Lex said you have a lot going on.."
"Baby please?" Lexi asks
"Okay, I'll come,"
He goes inside to get his dinner and then comes back and helps Lexi and I up.
"You feeling okay to walk?" He asks
She nods and we go to the car.
He's a really good guy, I'm so glad that Lexi found him
We get home and I carry the food in since Lexi is super weak and tired.
Lexis POV
"Baby are you going to be able to walk up the stairs?" Hudson asks
"I dunno," I shrug
"Come here,"
He picks me up bridal style and brings me up the stairs
"Take notes TJ," I tease as we get inside and he puts me down
"I don't have to because my girlfriend isn't a problematic bitch," he says back
"She's not problematic," Hudson says
"Did you just call me a bitch?"
TJ and Charlie go to the kitchen and Hudson laughs
"It's a joke baby, I love you,"
"I love you too Huds,"
We go into the kitchen and sit down to eat.
"Where is everyone?" He asks
"Probably watching TV," I hum "you know you can come over whenever right?"
"Yeah, I just do t wanna get in the way of your family time,"
"I have 5 siblings, I have more than enough family time,"
He laughs and pulls my chair closer to him.
"Are you still in pain?"
I nod and he gets up
"Let's see if ice will help?"
"Downstairs has the ice packs," I say getting up
"I'll get them Lex, relax okay?"
I nod and he goes downstairs
A couple minutes later Toni comes in
"Hi mama,"
"Hey Lex, mom told me you had another seizure,"
I nod and she sighs
"You'll get better Lexi,"
"I know,"
"Where's Hudson?"
"He said Ice helped him when he would get pain cause of the seizures,"
"Has he ever been downstairs?"
"No.."
Just as she says that Huds calls me.
"Uh hello?" I ask
"Ya.. I'm uh lost, I think. I don't know where I went and how I got here.. I thought I found the stairs, and I went up them and now I'm somewhere else,"
"Go back down the stairs, I'll come find you," I sigh
"He's lost?" Toni laughs
"Very,"
"Hudson did you find the freezer?" I ask
"Yes,"
So I go to the freezer and look around
"What way did you go?"
"Uh left?"
Only my boyfriend could get lost in my basement.
"You really have no clue where you are?"
"No.." he starts "does someone, live down here?"
"No- everyone lives upstairs,"
"Then.. why am I.."
"Babe you aren't making any sense,"
"I think you should get your mom.." he says "this doesn't look okay,"
"What Hudson.. you aren't making any sense,"
"I don't know where I am Lexi, I- I don't know,"
"Hudson it's okay. TJ gets lost down here all the time,"
I turn down a hallway and see him turn down another
"Hudson stop walking,"
"I'm not,"
Weird
I look down the hallway and no ones there.
I turn the other way and Hudson is standing there.
"Baby.. did you get lost in the basement,"
"Your basement is bigger than your house,"
"Quite possibly. We don't come down here a lot, Cheryl doesn't even know all the hallways,"
"Why?"
"It's haunted,"
