—~~—a few weeks later—~~—

"Your Highness, I'm nervous they might attack us on sight..." one of the Personal escorts of Vivian said. Most would see something like 'fear' in demons as laughable or strange, these 'demons' were practically humans with different skin, different traits, and a multitude of different physiologies.

"Just Stay calm... And make sure not to do anything hasty. As far as I've known they attack only when they've been attacked." Vivian said.

With a second agreement with Matthew, it is suggested Aurelia provide defence around the valley, and the supplementation of vehicles and equipment to provide defence for their homeland. The agreement had many changes, more particularly on what Mesforstia would provide Aurelia with in return, slaves were first brought up but Matthew turned that down, same thing goes for servants, manpower, and Natural resources, however it was settled on to be consumables, Iron, and a few other natural resources.

"*inhale* *exhale* Alright, Your highness."

The group consisted of Vivian as the main diplomat, several royal escorts whom are equipped as knights, and a platoon of soldiers equipped as soldiers of the beginning of the colonial era. They remained in place by the Road of a recently constructed building and a few tents, the fissure just in distance behind them.

"W-Wait, What happens if they think we are conducting a blockade to prevent talks...? They will use that as an excuse to-" a soldier pessimistically said

"Shush." She hissed, bearing her moe fang, as she continued to stare forward, until a low rumbling noise could be heard, and everyone including the few bystanders. After awhile a large object drove into view, turning roughly 30° to continue down the road.

Several individuals had their jaws dropped.

"W-What the-..." one of the female knights uttered.

"I've... Ive never thought steam carriages could be that fast, let alone Armoured ones..." another escort said

"*gulp* Calm down I've seen this before."

The Leopard 2A4 continued forward, before abruptly stopping in place roughly 7 meters away from the formation, as it's engine's sound lowered.

The hatch of the tank, opened to reveal the Commander of the Tank.

"We are from the 7th Defence Regiment Of the Directorate Of Nouveterre, a Diplomatic envoy will arrive shortly."

"I see, It won't hurt to wait..." Vivian said

"What on earth is that thing...?" One of Vivian's escorts asked

"This?" he tapped the roof of the turret "Is our Main Battle Tank, The Leopard 2A4. Quite frankly the backbone and symbol of Aurelia's Mechanized Forces. This is for obtaining battlefield supremacy, combining, Speed, Armour, and firepower." The tanker said.

Just then several vehicles arrived and continued forward before stopping behind the Tank.

The Diplomat Of Aurelia stepped out, and walked beside the Tank to meet Vivian, The commander did a salute as he did so. The Diplomat stood in-front fo her before bowing.

"I'am Richard Parsons, the Diplomat Of Aurelia. I have arrived to establish a continued diplomatic contact, for both of our nations."

"I'am Vivian, Diplomat of the kingdom of Mesforstia."

"May I ask why the Directorate, A human nation, would even dare to make contact with us?" One of the escorts asked.

"We are not bound by primitive mythology here, it's clear you are reasonable, negotiable, and especially civilized, We have no ill intentions towards you. In-fact we are hoping to settle our nation's relationship with this diplomatic meeting, ending any tension of possible hostility."

"Any thoughts that view us negatively?"

"The only people we see negatively are those who are blinded with pride and greed, sir."

"Oho~ You think so too? I like you." One of The female escorts said.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in a relationship right now." He said formally, That sentence made the escort frown in disappointment.

"Anyways, Mr. Parsons, Shall we proceed? Oh and I must inform you to not to venture too far into the fissure."

"May I ask why?"

"Humans may exhibit Weakness or Instability." She said.

It was a Lie, in an attempt to see if their reactions exhibit that they are here for malicious reasons

"So that's why this World's humans are unable to even fight you back, You have an advantage. We respect Mesforstia for being capable of self-Defence in another world even when undergoing a war on your side."

Vivian stared with confusion before nodding, she was still a bit paranoid earlier, but her suspicions dropped significantly at the raw reaction. She hoped this would be successful.

—~~—~~—~~—

The Diplomatic Meeting continued having little to no Problems, the Demons on one side were not the stereotypical ones, they acted more akin to most native humans, just with... Less Greed, Less racism, and Less Megalomania. Well at-least in this Kingdom. Right now they were staring at the documents of the vehicles and equipment that are to be supplemented.

The Churchill Infantry Tank in accordance for the support of their foot limited infantry, the T-34 tank in accordance for overwhelming wave tactics against the enemy nation, The Sd.kfz 251 APC in accordance for the faster travel and deployment of their troops while simultaneously being covered from Musket Fire from Enemy ambushes, The kettengrad for mobility and Armoured scout purposes, and Several transport, Utility, and logistical vehicles to sustain an army.

the Gloster Gladiator & Gloster Gauntlet Biplanes in accordance with 'overwhelming' the Crimson Wyverns available to the Motsatian Forces. And lastly The Kar98k Rifles, virtually superior to the non-rifled muskets used by Motsatia.

"...All this..." Vivian uttered as she observed the equipment. The payment was acceptable for the kingdom, but she doubted if the exchange equivalence is wrong, these seemed to cost much more than what the given price was.

"To provide you with a Forces to turn the tide. Of course these are just the images of the equipment themselves, We would like to be aware of how much your Forces total to, or how much Motsatia's Forces total to."

"The Enemy Nation is the Conglomerate, It has a large army of 3 million soldiers, while ours only has 600,000, currently. Their main weaponry are Fire-melded short-swords, Muskets, Mana-imbued Longbows, Obsidian Maces for berserkers, and Cannons which have a range of 900 Meters. Their tactics are usually wave tactics, to overwhelm our numbers, but there are a few soldiers that are capable of undetected ambushing."

"I see... That, actually works in your favour." David smiled.

"What?"

"These tactics are obsolete even with the Directorate's early weaponry. We will gladly give you the sufficient number of supplies and equipment needed to counter these efficiently. All we need is your currency so we can calculate the price."

"These are obsolete?"

"...Old... Not obsolete." Parsons said

Vivian almost shed into tears of euphoria but she held her dignity as a leader and nodded, glad that this country was not only non-hostile, But are also giving them aid to prevent them from suffering brutal annexation and torture or be plunged into anarchy.

David eventually reached his hand out.

"I hope this is the first steps that will lead to a potential alliance that maintains its stability." He smiled, Vivian got a little rosy, particularly in her cheeks as she looked at the Richard, before she held his hand in a firm handshake.

"Likewise, Sir. Parsons."

—~~—~~—~~—~~—~~—

"Oh My... This is..." The Queen was on the verge of tears, as she looks both at the document of the alliance and the weaponry that were to be given, The price of each vehicle and weapon were hastily hand-written, as the calculation between Aurelian currency and theirs was done late, all of which they could easily afford.

She turned towards Vivian, and grasped her in a tight hug, which almost became a bear hug.

"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, Vivian." She cooed, her grasp getting tighter.

"M-Mo—ther... *struggled breath* C—Can't Brea~the..."

"Oopsie~"

"*pant* *ahem* So the Diplomats wanted to finalize the agreement with our choices." Vivian said

"... Hmm... Say~ Did you take an interest in that Parson fellow that gave you this and the agreement?" The queen said, the silence taking in the time to think about the choices, before she went ahead and asked her nonchalantly.

"Yes, mother I- *realization* W-Wait! N-No! What are you talking about!?" She spilled out

"Mhm... Denial and Spontaneously embarrassed yelling, the second and third stage of interest respectively."

"No... You've got it all wrong..."

"Oh I'm wrong about me Being wrong, Dear~ You'll be up and running in no time."

—~~—~~—~~—~~—~~—

Several people on Pegasi soar through the skies, Horse-like creatures with large wings of an eagle that symbolizes the Valkyries, they have a top speed slower than the wyvern, but their intelligence, awareness, and manoeuvrability exceeds that.

These Pegasi were rode by several Holy Order Guards, escorting a young apprentice, a Priest, and Sofia.

They were heading for the Directorate.

"Madam Sofia?"

"*yawn* Yes?"

"I'm afraid..."

"Do not fret, The Directorate is clearly not the aggressors unlike other nations."

"Madam Sofia!" One of The escorts yelled out as they turn their heads forward to see a strange object in the distance rapidly closing the distance.

"Shields! Swords!" A eliding escort yelled to get the others to pull out their defences. All of the Pegasi stop and hover mid-air

"No, hold it!" Sofia said, which made several reluctantly lower their weapons, the object continued to close the distance, before abruptly stopping in mid-air.

They were in a bit distress and disbelief as they stared at the thing.

"..." The apprentice was shaking, the priest and knights were wary. But, Sofia, She was she only one that remained calm.

The Object in question was a UH-1N Twin Huey Utility Helicopter, the Chopper slowly turned 90° to it's left to reveal the symbol of the Aurelian Defence Forces.

"Do not fear everyone, this is from the Directorate." Sofia said.

"T-They tamed that!?" The priest eventually yelled out. Realizing hat he did, he immediately covered his mouth with one hand. The side-door of the UH-1N opened to reveal a man in a paratrooper Uniform.

"Correction Sir, We 'Built' this."

Sofia turned to see him, and both exchanged nods.

"We have come to visit the Director at the site he suggested, we wish to initiate peace talks between the Orthodoxy and Aurelia."

"Follow us, The Venue isn't too far from here." The helicopter's side doors eventually closed as they begin to turn around. That was partially a Lie, pretty much everyone except for the priest and the escorts were aware of each-other, the soldier simply had terrible excuses .

"Everyone, follow me!"

"Photography nothing more calming than this, in my opinion. I said, as I took a picture of these mountain ranges spanning quite a portion of our new northwestern Territories, this includes Hilgus valley which became somewhat of a historic site which signified the decline of the empire, we kept it as it is, but graves were erected, which are mostly ash due to the Drones.

I decided to be directly involved with the Orthodoxy Diplomats, as with them being Powerful on a religious influence standpoint, it's better to have them see highly of me by being less 'distant' than other powers. However of course something like this can be a double-edged sword, I kept a Pistol with me just in-case.

The Venue for the talks is a large Mountainside Residence, with modern architecture, and a large helipad. With my current level, there wasn't much difficulty or fatigue while building it.

"Heh... This place really reminds me of-... Of..." Reminds me of the time my old friends went to the Rockies, I eventually began to have flashes in my mind first of the good times, but then... The Bad times... the crash... the fires surrounding me...

"*grunt* N-No, I can't be thinking of that, not anymore... 'Don't let the past consume you...'" I whispered, grasping my head as I eventually sat down by a flat rock, I continued to turn my gaze towards the mountains.

"...This is a new life... I have to adapt and accept, not preoccupy with what's gone..." I said, calming myself, as the flashes became milder.

'Hey...' a reverberating voice was heard.

"Hm?" I turned around to see no-one.

'Hello...?' The voice resounded again, I look around me to see nothing, either whoever said that was invisible or I have developed acute schizophrenia, I hope it's the first... Then again I still think it's bad.

"H-Hello?"

'Good to hear you Matthew, without you being asleep.'

"...What?"

'Oops, I guess the voice is a bit unfamiliar, Wait a second-' the voice abruptly cut off as everything went silent.

"What was that...?"

'Hello can you recognize me now?' A more feminine voice was perceived. I immediately recognized it.

"Aurora?" I asked

'Yep it's me~'

"*coughed laugh* It's nice to talk again, Wait... How are you doing this?"

'Because you're near a monument.'

"Say What now?"

'Your near a monument, in the mountains, It is a hidden religious spot wher I can communicate to followers.'

"But... I'm not your follower."

'No no, that's its use, not its capability.'

"Oh."

'I wanted to ask you to head to it.'

"W-Wait, What? What for?"

'To retrieve something that will be used to allow me to connect with you. So our conversations won't be limited to dreams. It will be especially useful in the future.' She said. I immediately expected a non-comfortable future event to take place, after all She is a God. She probably has access to the past and future, though I wonder Why she didn't- No, the human mind cannot understand how a God's would work, unless she can't do so...

"But... It's underground right? You want me to call in an excavation group or something like that?"

'If you want, But really the Monument is not buried underneath rubble, there is an opening in the mountains.'

"...But I have a diplomatic meeting today, I don't think the timetable accommodates that at this time, perhaps at a later date?" I said.

'...' Aurora went silent for a bit before she spoke once more 'They're not coming yet, We have enough time for now." She said, I assumed she must've observed the world when she paused to locate and identify the supposed group.

"*inhale* *exhale*. I'll take your word for it." I said, albeit reluctantly.

'Good~ I'll be giving you the directions, Okay?'

"Will... they be accurate?" I asked

'Yes.' She responded with that blunt word

"Okay, then..."

'Alright turn around, and head forward.' She instructed

"How many degrees, and in which particular direction? -specifically compass accurate direction." I asked

'Oh no... Don't play with me now, I'm a God but I cant deal with mathematics...' she said with an partially annoyed and mostly lazy tone.

"Heh— Alright, I'm going."
