He spreads a lot of explosive green lights onto the Marines!
Luffy: GUM GUM WHIP!!
Twilight: LIGHTNING STREAM SWORD!!
Twilight jams her broken sword into the ground and it releases a stream of electricity and it shocks all of the Marines!
