Chapter Seventy-Seven

Kai's Pov

Last night's show was incredible, the night ended off amazing. After the show, we had a little party to kick off tour, with the dancers, some friends and the management team.

Honestly, I was debating if I should just fly my parents and Billie out. Instead of them coming to us, since I still had rehearsals.

The next morning, I woke up at around ten and the first thing I did was go out and pick up food. I had an interview in a bit, so eating, showering and getting dressed all happened quickly. Everyone else had the day off, except Ari, who had to spend the day working with the merch team to get a few things figured out. We were working with mine, since Ariana's is... well you know.

The interview was pretty boring honestly, I answered a few questions about tour, new music, Ariana and surprisingly, even Billie. While waiting outside of the building, I'd just done my interview in, I texted Ariana.

me: hey, you still with the merch team?

As bad as this was, I had a really bad habit of texting and driving. And I decided now was the perfect time to text Billie back, since she'd texted me a few minutes ago while I was driving.

me: speaking of that my parents wanna meet you

me: no reason to be nervous, from what ive told them, they like you

me: your annoying asf and wake me up at 4 am to run with you to taco bell everyday😐
