Chapter 82: Seniors~Travis~

"Okay, make way everyone, seniors coming through." Zerenity jokes as we walk into the school doors. People just look at us and roll their eyes.

"We are the new leaders of this place, fear us!" I add. The three people look at us like we're lunatics and walk away. Their loss.

"Yeah!" Zerenity laughs. "We are going to dominate this school, hear us roar!"

"Roar~!" I shout. Even more, people look at us like we're insane. They're just jealous.

"Roar!" Another voice shouts and Lyrvanna bounces over. "We're starting school domination now?"

"Yes, this place is ours for the taking." I nod.

"Sweet!" She fist pumps the air. "I'll help rule from afar, I have business to attend to." She ballerina spins away. She's feeling the senior year hype too. This place is ours for the taking!

"Already at the start of the year," Zerenity shakes her head and sighs, "ruling this place isn't going to be all fun and games."

I shake my head. "It's also tons of work." I agree.

"Right on!" We begin doing a special handshake. We haven't done it in years but it feels appropriate to bring it back for today's special occasion. "Now, shall we get to work?"

"Do we have to?" I whine.

"Yes! Don't you want to control this school with your beck and call?"

"Good point. To homeroom, we go!"

~*Homeroom*~

"So far... I'm not feeling the ruling the school magic." Zerenity sighs and lays her head on her desk.

"Me neither, do you think it comes later in the school year?" I wonder and tap my fingers against the desk.

"Hopefully, because I don't feel like a senior at all." She shakes her head.

Suddenly, Lyrvanna plops into a seat next to Zerenity causing her to sit up instantly. "Hi. Can you guys help me?" Lyrvanna questions.

"Sure?" I squint my eyes at her. " Wait, I didn't know you had this homeroom with us." I say.

"I don't." She shrugs. "I'll leave in a bit, I just tracked down your class because I need help. Kawaii~Chan isn't here today and people keep talking to me and I don't what to do." She panics.

"Um... talk to them." Zerenity and I say in unison. Did she just leave them hanging after they said something to her so she could run here?

"Right. Okay, bye." She dashes off nearly bumping into Zane as he walks into the class.

"Watch it!" Zane groans and sits down far from us.

"Zane! Over here!" Zerenity waves him over. He just rolls his eyes and starts reading. "That wasn't very nice."

"Maybe he's not feeling the senior magic yet either." I shrug.

"Yeah... Maybe."

~*After School*~

"That was a flop." Zerenity flops across my bed then instantly sit back up. "It's not fun being a senior at all. We just did the same thing we do every year."

"Don't give up yet, what about tomorrow? We actually start our classes tomorrow, maybe that's when we start to feel the magic." I guess.

"You're right!" She jumps on the bed. "We'll feel it tomorrow! We'll really dominate the school and if we don't feel the magic, that's okay because we'll rule the school anyway!"

"Yeah!" I fist pump the air.

"Pump up the jams! We're about to have our first senior year dance party!" She points at the speaker in the corner of my room.

"Woop Woop!" I dance over to it and connect my phone. We begin jumping and terribly dancing around the room and scream-singing at the top of our lungs.

"Hey, unless you're being murdered, keep it down! We don't need the neighbors calling the cops... again." My dad shouts.

Zerenity and I burst out laughing after thinking back to the many times the cops showed up concerned that there was a serial killer here. "Okay!" We shout in unison.
