"I-It's nothing..." She looks out the window again.

"Lyrvanna, you can tell me! It's okay!" I put a hand on her shoulder.

"I'm just confused." She shrugs.

"About?"

I can see her face turn red though she tries to hide it. "Something that happened the other day."

"I can't help you if you don't tell me what it is." I laugh a little to help lighten the mood. She shifts in her seat and she plays with her hair. "Is it about Laurance?"

"How did--"

"I just suspected something would happen between you two. Can I try to guess what happened then you can correct me if I'm wrong? Only if that makes it easier for you to talk about it." I suggest.

"Yeah, okay."

"Let's see... based on what I know about you two and how you're acting... Laurance confessed to you or something close to it? No, you most likely would have said yes automatically." I think for a second. "Ooh! He kissed you and now you're confused about what you are to each other."

"Really close actually." She stares at me in shock. "He kissed me and I was confused whether or not I liked him so I ran off then he texted me saying it was spur of the moment. Which left me upset, sad, and I don't know... relieved? At the same time... I wish it wasn't, I guess? I don't know what to do so... I've been avoiding him."

"I can help you out a little." I lean back in the seat. "You do like him."

"That's what Kawaii~Chan said but she was so busy squealing she didn't explain how she knew."

"The fact that you wish it wasn't spur of the moment tells me, right there. You can even throw in the part about being upset and sad about it. And when you're confused about feelings the first instinct is to avoid."

"How did this happen..."

"It's just been building up, I get it. You two are always around each other, joking about dating and things, it only makes sense."

"So I like Laurance?"

"All the signs point to it. Even at my slumber party, the way you knew him, how you could recognize the way his eyes make you feel, and you were clearly jealous of the whole Dove x Laurance scene."

She sucks in a cheek. "I wasn't jealous, I was acting."

"You were crying."

"Those tears were fake."

"Right." I laugh. "The point is... you like him Lyrvanna."

"I still don't get it."

"Let me ask you some things and reply honestly."

"Yeah... okay."

"This is called the sense test." <<They played this on First To Fame, Zerenity helps Lyrvanna understand emotions a lot huh? Why can't someone help me with mine? I don't know who I like more, pizza or lasagna.>> "I'll base a question on three of the five senses. When you hear Laurance's voice, how do you feel?"

"I don't know... sometimes my stomach gets all twisted and things but not in a bad way... I guess I kind of, sort of, a little bit... like hearing it."

"Alright then... what about when you guys hug or something, how do you feel then?"

"We don't hug often but... it's comforting and I don't want to let go." She looks out the window again with a smile before looking back at me with her face burning red. "B-BUT I— I MEAN— UM— Ughh..."
