Xerus stood shocked that Yuko found a way to outmatch his trump card. "You managed to overpower Kronon...."

Yuya's Mark of Unity glowed brighter and at that moment the five spirits became visible for everyone to see. "You won't win this war. I'll restore the peace!! Right guys?"

"Right!" The five said.

Tammi and the others were confused at that point. Yuko never mentioned the spirits before, but it did explain how Yuko was able to use the forbidden cards. Xerus was already aware of their presense.

"Deltrus' chosen five?" He said laughing. "I knew he stole some spirits from the afterlife, but I wasn't aware that it were you five. I've been watching you all in your lifetimes and I must say. You seemed to stop every conflict I helped influence."

"Influence?" Jaden asked.

"I was the one who allowed Nightshroud to engulf the planet in darkness. I freed the Earthboud Immortals. I influenced Don Thousand's mind to begin the Barian-Astral Realm War. And I corrupted the people of the four dimensions to wage war!! It was all me. I'm the true mastermind behind it all!!"

"But why? Why go through so much trouble to destroy the Earth?" Yusei asked.

"Destruction is in my nature. I know no other road to follow."

"There are many different roads you can take." Yuma said.

"Yeah, you're not just bound to just one decision. It's your life. You make it what you want it to be." Yuya added.

"If that's the case, I still choose the road to darkness. This broken world needs a real king to rule it with a cruel enforcement. And there's only one way to gain that world and that's with the Heart of Unity's extinction!!!"

"I see that there's no use then." Yugi said. "End it."

"With pleasure! Orionus attack!!"

Orionus charged towards Kronon and unsheathed its golden sword as it glowed in a cyan light.

"This is for Alec and Asia!!! TIMELINE SABER!!!" Yuko cried as Orionus' sword clashed with Kronon's scythe. Smoke was spread everywhere as Xerus' Life Points lowered to 5050.

"My damage is halfed!" Xerus cried.

Orionus emerged from the smoke flying into the sky and sheathed its sword. This time, the guardian aimed its golden wand towards Kronon. Black lightning sparked around the wand.

"This is for Shun and Ito!!! SPATICAL SPECTRUM!!!" Orionus fired the black lightning at Kronon with the wand and caused an explosion. Xerus's Life Points decreased to 3800.

Kronon emerged from the smoke, but Orionus had already prepared for the next attack. It pulled out its shield and flames engulfed it.

"This is for Soran and Diron!!! FIRE OF JUSTICE!!!" Orionus threw the shield and set Kronon on fire as soon as it made an impact. Xerus' Life Points went down to 2550.
