“So you want to go to the roller coaster first or the Ferris wheel?” Jake asked me.

We were standing in front of the roller coaster and the giant wheel.

“Definitely roller coaster.” I tugged at his hand and we went and stood in the line.

After our turn came we buckled up in our seats and held hands.

The roller coaster moved slowly at first, as we went upwards.

The second we reached the peak of the mountain, I felt Jake grip my hand even more tightly.

Then VROOM!

We went down at a rising speed, wind whipping my hair back and forth.

I was screaming till the end while Jake tried to look manly by waving his hands above his head.

When the ride got over, I felt a bit nauseous and staggered while walking.

“Hey, wanna do that again?” Jake asked me.

“No way, I might just end up barfing.”

Jake chuckled and put a hand around my waist, supporting me.

He pointed at the shooting game, where you shot three balloons and won something.

“Hey lets try that!” he dragged me over there.

The guy gave him a toy gun and took a dollar.

“Pop three balloons and win that teddy bear.” The guy said in a bored voice.

Jake’s face grew all-serious as he aimed at a red balloon.

Pop!

He successfully shot it.

He aimed at another yellow balloon.

I started cheering for him.

Pop!

He shot the second one too!

The guy’s face turned into a dark cloud while mine brightened.

The third one was gone too!

“Yay!” I yelped and hugged Jake.

“Here,” The guy handed Jake the teddy bear and Jake gave it to me.

I hugged the teddy bear and grinned at him.

“Who knew you had such a good aim?” I asked him.

“There’s a lot you don’t know about me baby.” He smirked and we walked together.

“Ooh, ooh! Cotton candy!” I rushed over to the cotton candy stand.

Jake came after me and paid for some of it and I happily ate the pink stuff.

“Can I have some?” Jake tried to take some.

“No.” I frowned at him and took it away from him.

“Look, shooting star!” Jake pointed behind me.

“Where, where?” I looked around, and when I turned I caught Jake stealing some cotton candy.

“Jake!” I frowned again.

He gave me his puppy dog eyes and linked his arm with mine.

We headed towards the tunnel of love.

“You know I’ve never been in there.” Jake said.

“What? Never?” I was surprised.

Jake was a player, obviously he would take his girlfriends out there.
