Poetry for my Lord <3

Look at me

Look at me.

What do you see?

You say I'm beautiful.

You say I'm wonderful.

But you don't say this for yourself.

You just do for everyone else.

Girl, why can't you see?

That beauty isn't seen?

I once said, "Once I am skinny..."

This was once said, but it is silly.

To think beauty is in numbers a weights,

To believe in that lie the world creates.

You see my face.

You see my shape.

You say, "You're beautiful, you don't understand.."

You know you are the first to say that? Understand?

Well I've been where you are,

Before I met the morning star.

I said what you say,

In a converse, visa-versa, in the opposite way.

One day, winkled will be my face,

And wide will be my waist.

"Beauty is fleeting,"

 that's it's meaning.

If others I am not to please,

And God made me perfect, here on my knees,

Then what about you?

Please believe me, it's true!

And anyone else says otherwise,

Then they themselves arn't wise.

They are just being mean and rude,

And they have a negative attitude.

If you don't believe my words are true,

Then listen to God speak to you.

Through His word, as I quote below.

God thinks of you as so:

"Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important, for it promises a reward in both this life and the next." 1 Timothy 4:8

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:14

"But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7

"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30

"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight." 1 Peter 3:3-4

DON'T YOU GET IT!? THE REASON PEOPLE ALL YOU UGLY IS BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TRUE BEAUTY IS- AND THAT'S THEIR LOSS! FOR GET THE WORLD'S LIE, THE MEDIA'S LIE, THE DEVIL'S LIE SAYING THAT BEAUTIFUL IS WHAT IS ON THE OUTSIDE, BECAUSE IT'S NOT. BEAUTY IS ON THE INSIDE, AND THE OUTSIDE IS JUST DUST.

I LOVE YOU!
