Hunter's POV

I was staying at Alexia's house rather than the hotel seeing as I wanted to spend quality time with my sister and Mapi was also sleeping over, which made her house all the more convincing.
Everyone else had gone to the hotel so they could get ready. I hadn't spoken to Jill since we boarded the plane though I'd seen her walk out with Katie so I knew she was still alive after the turbulence; I just didn't want to make things weird by checking on her.

"So is there anyone I should be watching out for tonight?" Alexia asked. We were all sitting in her bathroom getting ready; Alexia was straightening her hair while I did my makeup and Mapi sat there because she always opted for the effortless look.

"I don't think so," I shook my head, "It's a great team, everyone's really excited about this. Though you might have to watch out for McCabe, I could imagine drunk her stealing a football shirt," I joked.

Alexia looked at me from the mirror, glaring slightly, "Nice girl but asks a lot of questions."

I chuckled, thinking back to the plane, "She's just a fan," I shrugged,.

"Oh mierda (oh shit)," Alexia muttered under her breath, "I don't have any drinks."

"Me and Mapi can go and get them," I figured, looking towards Mapi who just nodded.

"Okay, thankyou," Alexia nodded, "Do you want to take my money?" she asked hurriedly.

I laughed, "I've got my own."

Alexia calmed down slightly, smiling, "I forget you're not thirteen anymore."

I smiled at my sister; the one who'd practically raised me and seen me through every single step. "We'll be back soon," I assured her.

Mapi put on her sunglasses, wrapping her arm around my shoulder as we walked down the streets of Barcelona. It was a beautiful city and being beside my best friend always felt amazing; she was such a secure and calming presence.

"Are you excited for the party?" I asked her.

Mapi looked towards me with that smile on her face, "It should be fun, I'm excited to spend time with your team."

"I think you'll like them," I tilted my head, looking right into Mapi's eyes, "You already get along with Leah."

"Well yeah," Mapi rolled her eyes, "Always interrupting our calls," there was a grin slightly hidden behind her lips just waiting to shine through.

"Oh come on," I scoffed, "You're the one always egging her on. You two have some weird allegiance to make my life hell."

The grin broke through to Mapi's face as she laughed, "Mi amor, you know we'd never do that," she kissed my cheek, clearly trying to get back in my good books.

I pulled away from her, "No!" I pointed my finger in her face, trying to hold back the laughter, "You, Mapi Leon, are a massive liar!"

Mapi pouted, looking all sad, as I burst out laughing she pulled me into a side hug as we continued walking, "Me alegro de que estés en casa (I'm glad you're home)," she sighed, looking around at the city.

"Yo también, yo también (Me too, me too)," I agreed.

Finally, we arrived at the shop, "How much do we need for your team?" Mapi asked, looking at all the bottles.

I chuckled, "A lot," I stressed the words because Mapi would be in for a surprise tonight.

Mapi sighed, rubbing her forehead, "You know what? You deal with all of the drinks, I'll find snacks."
