This movie shows how the mutant known as Wolverine (Logan) became who he is, showing his childhood to the time he grows up, and his relationship with his brother Victor (Sabretooth). They become part of a group of mutants, scouted by William Stryker, and they perform different missions around the world, until Logan deserts the group.

Years later, Stryker finds Logan and convinces him to be part of "project X", where he acquires his trademark adamantium claws, but ends up feeling betrayed. And in the end Wolverine loses his memory because of adamantium bullets. So, he goes his own way in the end.

It's a movie that is complete in its own way, with an interesting origin story and alluring characters, many of them having appeared in other movies of the same franchise.
