This is a summary and a review of the third and final movie of the Batman trilogy, directed by Christopher Nolan, that was released in 2012.

Gotham City has been without batman for eight years now, since Bruce Wayne decided to go into hiding after the incident and death of district attorney, Harvey Dent. A new and mysterious character enters Gotham, known as Bane, who wants to destroy the city by detonating a nuclear bomb, so finally Bruce comes of hiding for so much time, and decides to retake Batman. Also new and a character that helps out Batman is Catwoman, and Ra's Al Ghul daughter, who's behind everything that is going on in Gotham.

In my opinion, the movie is a dit different from its predecessors, since it's not so much about action and excitement that the director always puts into his movies. But still, I think overall it's a solid movie, with interesting and alluring characters, good visual effects and a good storyline. I definitely recommend it to all people and viewers becasue it is a well made film, fun to watch and is enjoyable and entertaining.
