"As a kid, there was a part of the Flash and Bolt Museum that always scared me. I guess it's normal for children to be afraid of monsters. But this monster was different. No one knows where he came from, how he got his powers, who he is. All that's known is his alias, and the last sound his victims hear. But that's not what makes him scary. What makes him scary is, you never catch him" Nora tells the team.

"We never catch him?" Barry questions.
"Supergirl, the Legends, the Titans, even the League tried, but no on was successful" Nora explains to him.
"Probably because he can dampen everybody's powers with that magic friggin dagger" Ralph comments.

"Not all superheroes are meta-human though, what about—" "Green Arrow" Nora cuts off Caitlin.
"Yeah, he tried, too, once, but..." she stops.
"So, we're dealing with a meta-human Jack the Ripper" Cisco remarks, "Amazing"

Iris sighs, "What else do you know about him?" she asks.
"Just that he....he's early" Nora answers.
"What do you mean, 'he's early'?" Barry asks her.
"In my history, Cicada's first victim was a meta-human named Floyd Belkin. And he never killed Gridlock or Block. They're completely different victims" Nora says to them.
"The timeline had changed" Katrina says to her.

"Yeah, and now they're both dead, because of me" Nora says.
"Okay, there's no telling the ripple effect of this change, or what kind of future Nora's gonna return to. We gotta catch this guy fast" Barry tells the team.

"You mean, catch the guy, that future us can't catch" Cisco says to him, and Barry nods. "Right, and I thought beating The Thinker was hard" he adds, as one f the computers beep.
"Guys, it's Joe. CCPD needs help downtown" Caitlin informs them.
"Kat, we gotta—" "No, I'll do it" Ralph cuts off Katrina.
"You sure?" she asks him.

"Yeah, I got it" Ralph says to her, "You guys stay here and deal with the meta serial killer" he adds walking out.
"Okay, guys, look, we've got this. Let's just canvass some crime scenes, interview some witnesses and see if there's any common acquaintances between Gridlock and Block" Iris suggests to the team.

"I have a plan" Nora then says.
"You've got a plan already?" Iris asks her.
"I know how to fix this" she then says to them.

The next day, Katrina, Cisco, Barry and Nora are in the speed lab, "So your plan is to contact Herr Wells?" Katrina asks Nora.
"Yes, that's my plan" she tells her, as Nora looks at Barry and Katrina, "I know in the future you guys never bring in a Wells to help you catch Cicada, so, if you want a different result this time.."

"Then try something new" Barry says to her, and she nods at him.
"It is a great idea Nora" Katrina smiles at her.
"Expect it's not" Cisco suddenly remarks.
"What?" Barry asks him.
"It's a terrible idea. If you're looking for cooperation, trust me, this is not your guy, He is just an asshat" Cisco says as he continues typing on his phone.

"Wow, that was a little harsh, Cisco" Katrina says to him.
"I'm sorry, I'm being harsh?" Cisco asks her.
"Yeah" she replies.
"Go ahead call him. See if you don't get a steaming pile of side-eye" Cisco tells them.

"Okay" Nora responds, and she makes the call.
A hologram of Herr Wells appears before them, "Ja?" he says as he turns around and sees the group standing there, then scoffs, "The Flash and Bolt" he then says.
"Wait for it" Cisco comments.
"I love the Flash and Bolt" Herr says excitedly.

"What?" Cisco asks in confusion.
"Oh, you Barry Allen, Katrina Wayne-Allen, ja, with the zoop, zoop, and.....defy the physics laws and gravity, always with some style and grace, ja" he goes on to say to them.
"Thanks, man" Barry says smiling at Herr.
